Information Management Mystem Mesearch And Development Of Shu'an Peaceful Driving School

The information management on the trainees of a drivers' training school reveals the management level of an enterprise to some extent. It is a challenging task for a drivers' training school to manage effectively the data related to the trainees. However, it is an effective solution to manage scientifically the information about the trainees, the staff, the trainers and various examinations of a drivers' training school by means of computer technology.Combined with the requirements of Shu'an Drivers' Training School (Qinghuihe Training Center) for computerization in management, firstly, the paper analyzed the business process of the training school and obtained the system function models. Then, by the Unified Modeling Language, the paper accomplished the designs of various models in the system as well as the designs of the trainee information management system of the drivers' training school, including the designs of the function modules and database in the system. The designs of the function modules are based on the afore-mentioned system analysis, and the system is divided into ten modules, namely, the user management subsystem, the examination management subsystem, the wage management subsystem, the staff management subsystem, the printing management subsystem, the financial management subsystem, the data management subsystem, the system configuration subsystem, and the search management subsystem. The database designs are based on the principles of database design. With SQL Server 2000 database system, the structure of each data table and the relationships between the tables are established. Finally, associated with the computer network technology, and based on the software engineering technology, the object-oriented programming techniques, the three-tier software development technique, and the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003 platform, the paper puts forward the information management system of Shu'an Drivers' Training School (Qingshuihe Training Center). The system has been put into practice in Shu'an Drivers' Training School (Qingshuihe Training Center), the results of which prove to be satisfactory.
