Research And Analysis Of The Self-service Card Issuance System Of Bank Of China

As the development of science and technology,along with service model innovations,automatic facilities have become one of the most frequently-used channels between banks and their customers.The disposition and arrangement of automatic facilities have provided multiple service channels to each bank,helped to reduce work load from bank counters,improved bank service efficiency and capability and increased customers satisfaction.Taking into consideration the author's own working conditions and experiences,this dissertation overviews banks' demands to be met on automatic bank card dispensing system at the present social stage,starting by discussing the project background of the front end system of automatic bank card dispensers,the consequential roles of the system in current social activities and its authentic operational settings.These are followed by business analysis,analyzing the previous procedures and departments engaging in bank card manual dispensing in Bank of China.This dissertation then derives a better workflow suitable for the automatic bank card dispensing system,after which a feasibility analysis is conducted with reference to the above business analysis.In functional analysis,the paper elaborates each function of the system through description and analysis of cases.In statistical analysis,it analyzes data to be processed by each functional block and provides a relationship diagram of all entity classes.This paper also sets up a specific structure of database table for the primary table.In the end,this dissertation summarizes all the analysis and research work done in the paper and takes a step further to discuss the possible future work and prospect of it.In composing,through analysis and design of the entire system,the author understands profoundly business requirement and regulations,in Bank of China and the entire banking industry,on dispensing bank cards in individual and/or personal banking.It also enhances the author's proficiency in applying modeling technologies,such as UML,HTML and ORACLE database.
