With the rapid development of information technology,the intelligent mobile products are gradually popular,it brings people a lot of convenience.People can use the smart phone to do online trading and manage personal bank accounts.Although the mobile device can also achieve input of information conveniently,but the length of the bank card number is too long so that the process of card number input is likely to go wrong,which can greatly impact the user's experience.Therefore,the identification system of bank card which is characterized by self-motion and precision is of great significance to online trading and management of account information.Bank card number identification system consists of three parts: Card area of localization,card number characters of split,identification of card number.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Proposed a new way to locate the card number area of bank card.Unlike traditional image acquisition,the image acquisition of an Android device is a manual process,and the acquisition area can be set.So,user can adjust the distance and angle,the card number is placed in the appropriate size of the area,to achieve the positioning of card number.(2)In this paper,the algorithm of the horizontal projection method to measure the tilt angle is improved.With static step of the traditional method is different,the improved method using dynamic step.The method uses horizontal projection method to get its peak frequency,the sign of angle which has the largest peak frequency between original image and adjusted image is the adjustment direction,then the sign is recorded.If there are two consecutive adjustment direction is different,then the latter adjusted value(step value)is too large,to return back to the previous step and modify the step value(this paper uses the way of halving step value),recalculate the peak frequency and adjust the direction of tilt angle.Repeat the above procedure until the correction step is less than or equal to the preset accuracy.(3)To achieve the function of identifying the number of bank cards,to complete the system design and testing in Android.Tests show the system obtains a satisfactory results in experiment,and improves recognition rate.(4)Analyzing the shortcomings of the system,proposing the direction of improvement and suggestions.
