Mobile banking as a combination of monetary and electronic communications services,not only can make people in any time,any place to deal with a variety of financial services,but also greatly enriched the content of banking services,so that the bank can facilitate,efficient and safe way to provide customers with traditional and innovative services,and mobile terminal unique personal characteristics,so as to become the ATM,POS.Internet banking business after the powerful tool,more and more attention by banks.At present,China’s mobile banking business in the past after the warm-up,gradually into the growth period,how to break through the bottleneck of business development,enhance customer awareness and usage of mobile banking industry,chain has become the focus of attention of all parties.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current mobile banking development status and the existing problems,This paper first of all,from both ULC2 and STK technology and its development platform,demand for mobile Internet banking system,the actual demand analysis,to determine the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the bank on the net;Then on the basis of the analysis conclusion,the network structure and whole function of mobile banking system to carry on the design,considering the use of air download technology terminal menu and bank server information synchronization,this paper proposes a mobile banking network topology,and according to user requirements put forward a general design scheme,detailed scheme of specific functions;By STK card design scheme of mobile phone bank,puts forward the scheme of design thinking and design the detailed implementation scheme,the application of the format of the message domain,message transaction coding technique and encryption algorithm;Finally prove the feasibility of this scheme and operation by means of empirical results,and has made the summary of the work of this paper,prospects the next work.In this paper,we study the mobile banking system is the second generation of ultra-low platform based on infineon ULC2,because of low platform of low cost,the characteristics of wide market,favored by a lot of businesses and users,this paper is designed from the Angle of merchants and users of the system.This article uses the OTA + STK technology of combining SMS,implements a STK card can obtain the convenience of mobile banking services;At the same time,the research and development of this system for the efficient running of mobile banking system has important theoretical and realistic significance.
