This paper firstly introduces the research background of HR management system and HR problems needed to be solved for Yunnan Economics Trade and Foreign Affairs College.Then the paper gives analysis to the original HR situation,process and deficiency in the part of operation diagnosis and puts forward the idea that we should use the system to optimize the operational process.Thirdly,through analysis towards data flow and refinement of digital dictionary in the function,the paper gives definition to the functions and modules of the system as eight parts according to structural methods as follows:job transfer management,work attendance management,performance management,social security management,class period input,salary calculation,searching and system management.The paper then gives analysis to the data in the part of data analysis and provides E-R entity relationship diagram while establishing the database table structure.Finally,the paper gives experience summary to the research program and outlooks the further research.
