Analysis And Design Of Salary Management Information System In Anshun College

Nowadays, with the rapid development of computer technology and the wide application of computers in the enterprises and institutions, combined with the current rapid development of colleges and universities and the increasing information concerned with salary management, such as the number of university teachers, titles, and positions, it seems inefficient to only rely on artificial salary management. It is of great significance to apply the salary management information system, which can definitely improve the efficiency of the university salary management work.Therefore, it is imperative to bring in the university salary management information system.This thesis summarizes the project background and problems of salary management system, expounds the meaning and significance of the research, including the research’s content and main work. Based on the Anshun college salary management developing background, using object oriented system development method, combined with the principle and method of software engineering, the thesis carries on the demand analysis, and system design of the Anshun college salary management.On the demand analysis stage, through the research of the system,combined with the business demand, function demand, data requirements, non-functional requirements, the thesis draws the system business process diagrams, case diagrams and concept class diagrams, with the case description as well. On the system design stage, the thesis expounds the overall design of the system and module design, including personnel information management module, salary data management module, wage management module, wage query management module and system management module. It also draws a package diagram of module design, design class diagram, sequence diagram and process flow diagram and discusses the content design in details. As for the database concept design and logical design, the thesis gives the entity attribute chart, E-R diagram of the system and the database table structure. To conclude, the thesis offers a summary and outlook, points out the shortage of the paper, and puts forward the content of the system which needs further study.
