Based on the core literacy of Chinese subject,the Chinese Curriculum Standards of Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as 2017 Edition New Curriculum Standards)constructs the goal system of literacy and designs 18 learning task groups as the core element of the curriculum frame.Besides,the digital age based on the Internet not only changes people's reading ways,but also brings the profound revolution of Chinese teaching styles.Reacting to the requirement of the age,2017 Edition New Curriculum Standards puts forward the “cross-media reading and communication” learning task group,which runs through the compulsory,elective compulsory and elective courses.The learning task group intends to improve the core literacy and media literacy.In the time background of “the Internet+”,the concept of the text is broadened,characters,video,audio and pictures are all concerned as texts.Cross-media reading is a special kind of intertextual reading,due to the combination of different media which are related and combined.Compared to the traditional reading way,cross-media reading has richer media carriers and pays more attention to practice and situation.When we explain the “cross-media reading and communication”,it is necessary to understand cross-media is the way,reading and communication is the key point and the reading object is multi-media texts.As one of the 18 learning task groups,the learning content is comprehens ive and goals of the “cross-media reading and communication” can be stated from three dimensions: media literacy,the core literacy of the Chinese course and constructing cross-media learning community.Based on the goals,teaching content should be different due to the course style: at the compulsory stage,we should pay attention to media literacy;at elective compulsory and elective stage,cross-media can be the way to learning the other learning task groups to richen the media carriers of the information.To realize the teaching goals of the “cross-media reading and communication”,the first point is to improve the media literacy of teachers.Secondly,developing diverse and classical resources of the Chinese course and constructing class teaching of efficiency and order are necessary.We should also construct effective and operable assessing system which conforms to the “cross-media reading and communication”.First,The reflection of the “cross-media reading and communication” teaching situation can be embodied in changing students' thinking mode,helping students learn to participate actively.Second,it's important to prevent the excessive admiration or neglection of media technology,searching for the balance between media literacy and the core literacy.Besides,it's necessary to keep student-centered,establishing the combination of learning and practice and improve the assessment system.
