Objective: At present,there are many problems in preschool physical education,and the teaching effect can not meet the requirements of the state.One of the main performance of the children's interest in sports is not high,a single teaching method,teaching boring and so on.For this special group of children,simple,flexible and interesting sports events may be more suitable for children's sports activities.According to the reality of Preschool Physical Education in China and the characteristics of the development of large-sized children,this study designed and applied a reasonable and scientific teaching program of rope skipping for large-sized children in kindergarten,with a view to enriching the contents of physical activities in kindergarten,improve the ability of children's rope skipping,stimulate children's interest in learning rope skipping,promote children's physical health level.Methods: This paper focuses on the design of the teaching content of rope skipping in large class for children.Using the methods of literature,experiment and measurement,etc..Two large classes of children in Shuxinyuan kindergarten in Hefei were selected as experimental subjects.A simple random sampling method was used to select two parallel classes of large classes in a kindergarten.One class was randomly selected as an experimental class and the other class as a control class,the control class took part in the daily teaching of kindergarten.Each class has a sample size of 22 students,including 11 girls and 11 boys.A 35-minute teaching experiment was conducted three times a week for 10 weeks in 30 classes.Results: 1)The teaching contents and methods designed by the research institute are constantly adjusted and revised in the course of implementation,and finally a set of scientific and effective implementation scheme of rope skipping for large classes of children is formed.The teaching content is simple and easy to carry out,the image is vivid,which is in line with the children's physical and mental characteristics and learning requirements.2)After the experiment of Rope skipping teaching,the children's level of double-foot rope skipping in the experimental class increased significantly.The results showed that the average number of male students who skipped rope continuously on both feet increased from 3.50 to 29.00(P=0.00<0.05),and that of female students increased from 3.67 to 28.50(P=0.00<0.05).The average number of male and female students in the control group increased from 5.11 and 6.60 before the experiment to 8.22 and 9.10,with no significant change.3)Before the teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in physical quality between the experimental group and the Control Group(P<0.05).After the intervention experiment,the average scores of other physical qualities in the experimental group were better than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Except for the indexes of forward bend and tennis throw.In the experimental class,the children's performance of double-leg continuous jump(boys=4.14,girls=4.77)was higher than that of the control class(boys=5.02,girls=5.41);and that of the standing long jump class(boys=103.04,girls=89.08)was higher than that of the control class(boys=88.92,girls=76.76);the results of the Balance Beam walking test class(boys=5.00,girls=4.18)were higher than that of the control class(boys=7.48,girls=6.32);and the results of the 10-meter turn-back test class(boys=15.12,girls=16.07)were higher than that of the Control Class(boys=16.18,girls=17.29).Conclusion: 1)The teaching design of rope skipping for large class children in kindergarten,based on children's learning needs and interests,is in line with the theory of children's motor development and the characteristics of physical and mental development.Taking into account the safety principle,scientific principle,individual difference principle,step by step principle,interesting principle and social function principle,good results have been achieved.2)The teaching of rope skipping in large class can not only effectively promote the level of children's rope skipping,but also improve the physical quality of children's lower limbs strength and endurance,balance ability and coordination sensitivity.3)The design of the teaching plan is reasonable and feasible.It is suggested that large class can carry out the teaching of rope skipping according to the plan.
