The early 21st century, China's Ministry of education Jointly Sports General Administration issued a "student physical health standard", to collect and analyze the data of students' Physique in the whole country. As a special part of the young students in our country, the deaf mute high school students were also concerned by the state and the corresponding departments. In the teaching of physical education for the deaf mute Students, integrating the traditional sports of Chinese nation -- the rope skipping, not only can increase the diversity of curriculum content, play a "strong heart" function, but also can promote the physiological compensation effect of deaf students body, alleviate the inconvenience caused by physical barriers, improve their initiative to participate in various activities, promote the deaf students' physical health and the formation of the concept of Lifelong Physical Education.This article used the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, took the deaf boys in Wuhan second deaf mute school as experimental object, and the rope skipping experimental teaching effect on deaf high school boys constitution as the research object. Then, the experiment randomly selected 40 boys for a period of 12 weeks of experimental teaching of rope skipping, divided into two groups, each of the 20 people, to study the effect of synchronized rope skipping exercise on the physical health of boys and girls.Conclusions:1. Our country has not yet been aimed at different stages of deaf mute Students'physical health measurement standards and corresponding analysis and evaluation system;2. The rope skipping teaching experiment for 12 weeks has a significant impact on the performance of the high school students in the high school of the deaf.3. It is feasible to carry out the teaching of synchronized rope skipping in deaf mute schools, and the National Sports General Administration of the people's Republic of China has set up a pattern of skipping rope which can be applied to the teaching of physical education for the deaf mute Students;Recommendations:1. Special students' physical health test should be included in the scope of health test,establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, the relevant data of special students into the file;2. To strengthen the cultivation of special school physical education teachers,improve the teaching ability of special school physical education teachers, enrich the teaching content, cultivate the correct view of physical education for special students, is an indispensable part of the popularization of public health and school Sunshine Sports.
