The latest national physique monitoring results show that teenagers have increased in body shape and other indicators,while their physical quality has decreased.Among them,sensitive quality is the embodiment of comprehensive physical quality,which reflects the ability of athletes to quickly adjust their body in a complex environment.The golden period for developing sensitive quality is 9 to 14 years old.At this stage,we should seek effective exercise methods to develop and increase our sensitivity.Most of the traditional methods of developing sensitive quality are the practice of changing direction running and changing body position.The method is relatively boring,while the pattern rope skipping has novel content,diverse forms,no site restrictions and is simple and easy,attracting more and more students to participate.In order to explore the influence of rope skipping on the sensitive quality of fourth grade pupils,this paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics,and selects 67 students from two classes of fourth grade in Beijing Experimental School Affiliated to China Conservatory of music.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The two classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Sensitivity indexes were tested before and after the experiment.The experimental indexes were quadrant jump,t experiment and 4 × 10 round trip,repeated crossing experiment,timed standing and lying support,Illinois,hexagon test,home test.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Before the experiment,the basic information of height,weight,1-minute rope skipping and 50 meter running were compared between the two classes.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the basic information between the two groups before the experiment.(2)Before the experiment,the sensitivity indexes of the two groups were measured.The statistical results showed that the p value of the two groups in quadrant jump was 0.681(P >0.05),the p value of Illinois was 0.422(P > 0.05),and the p value of repeated span was 0.742(P > 0.05)× The p value of 10 turn back run is 0.502(P > 0.05),the p value of timed vertical and horizontal support is 0.818(P > 0.05),the p value of t test is 0.283(P > 0.05),the p value of hexagon test is 0.588(P > 0.05),and the p value of Semo test is 0.988(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.(3)After the experiment,the sensitivity index test of the control group showed that the quadrant jump P values of the two groups after the experiment were 0.000(P < 0.01);0.054(P > 0.05),Illinois p value was 0.000(P < 0.01);0.068(P > 0.05),P value of repeated crossing was 0.000(P < 0.01);0.068(P > 0.05),the p value of timed vertical and horizontal support was 0.000(P < 0.01);0.051(P>0.05),4 × 10.The p value of turn back running is0.000(P < 0.01);0.021(P < 0.05),the p value of T experiment was 0.000(P < 0.01);0.020(P< 0.05),P value of hexagon test is 0.000(P < 0.01);0.010(P < 0.05),P value of Semo test was 0.000(P < 0.01);0.283(P>0.05)?Conclusion: after 12 weeks of pattern rope skipping training,the sensitivity test indexes of students have been greatly improved compared with the beginning,which shows that pattern rope skipping training is an effective means to improve the sensitivity quality in the key period of the development of sensitivity quality.After the experiment,the results of 50 meter running and 1-minute rope skipping in the experimental group showed significant differences through data analysis.Although the results of the control group also increased,the growth of the pattern rope skipping group was more obvious,which proved that the pattern rope skipping was also helpful to the physical fitness monitoring items,and it was necessary to exist in the primary school physical education curriculum.
