Research On The Types And Paths Of Differential Development Of County Rural Space In The Transition Period

Since the reform and opening up,China has made steady progress in industrialization and urbanization,and made great progress in social economy.China's urbanization rate has reached 60.6%,becoming a city oriented country.China's long-term focus on urban development has led to the imbalance of urban and rural development,which has become an important aspect of the major social contradictions in the new era.In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,the Chinese party and government have constantly put forward major strategic policies such as the integration of urban and rural development,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and the overall development of urban and rural areas,which have slowed down the further expansion of the gap between urban and rural areas.The rapid flow of urban and rural capital,material,labor and other factors has also made China gradually enter the transition period of urban-rural integration development.At this stage,rural social space,economic space,ecological space,production space and living space are all differentiated.Some underdeveloped areas are facing new problems such as incongruity and maladjustment.The heterogeneity and mixture of rural space are prominent.The differential development of rural space is an important measure to solve the problem of rural development in this period.This study takes Fengxian County of Xuzhou as a case.Fengxian is an underdeveloped county in Jiangsu Province.Its urbanization level is just over 50%.The overall development level of the county is not high,and the urban and rural development is in the transition period.Its rural development has certain commonness with other areas in Northern Jiangsu.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the development type and path of Fengxian rural spatial differentiation.On the basis of combing the research results of rural spatial differentiation development,this study analyzes in detail the impact of village development level and development potential on the future development path of villages.Secondly,based on the characteristics of urban and rural development in Fengxian County and the comprehensive consideration of data availability and scientificity,this study selects nine indicators,and uses the multi-level spatial analysis method to analyze the differences in agricultural development level,social and economic development level and infrastructure improvement level of each village in Fengxian County.Then in this study,Arc GIS and Geo DA software are used to analyze the spatial clustering characteristics of village development level by spatial autocorrelation and local autocorrelation.Thirdly,based on the transformation trend of urban and rural development,this study comprehensively selects 9 future development resource factors of villages,and uses the multi factor spatial superposition evaluation method to analyze the future development potential of villages.Finally,this study uses the analysis method of "the current level of the village area + the future potential of the village" to judge the differential development category of the village through the two levels of administrative village and natural village.According to the different development types,the paper puts forward the development path,which makes up for the deficiency of the existing evaluation method only positioning to the administrative village scale.The research shows that the development level of village area is to distinguish the current situation of village development,and the development potential of village provides clear guidance for the future development direction of village.There are not only links but also differences between the two evaluation index systems,both of which are of great significance for the choice of differential development path of village.The level of village development in Fengxian County is general,40% of the villages belong to underdeveloped areas,and the spatial characteristics of the overall level of village development are obvious;the multi-dimensional development of Fengxian Village can effectively promote the development of surrounding villages and form a agglomeration effect.The development potential of each village is quite different.The villages around the main road have higher development potential,and there are more low development potential villages in Huankou Town,Wanggou town and Fanlou town.The future rural development path is mainly divided into five categories: characteristic protection type villages,agglomeration and upgrading type villages,relocation and merger type villages,renovation and optimization type villages and other general type villages.
