Research On The Sustainable Development Path Of Rural Sports Tourism Industry Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

With the successful completion of the battle against poverty and the strategic task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,it is the goal of the development of a new socialist countryside to achieve rural revitalization while keeping the achievements of the fight against poverty.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which pointed out the direction for China’s agricultural and rural development.Exploring rural economic revitalization and agricultural development has realistic and far-reaching significance.In recent years,in order to promote the integration and development of rural industries,the development of rural sports tourism industry once became the "booster" of rural revitalization.Based on the theme of rural revitalization and rural sports tourism,this paper conducts a field survey on the basic situation of Jiutai District,Changchun City,as well as the rural sports tourism resources and development status quo by means of literature review,interviews,field surveys,etc.Through SWOT analysis,it analyzes its development strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and according to SWOT strategy,it analyzes its competitive advantages(OS),potential opportunities(ST)Competitive Weakness(OW)and External Threat(TW)are analyzed,and the results are as follows:Jiutai District of Changchun City,as an important node of the integration of Changji and other strategic development,has rich natural,cultural and sports resources,convenient transportation conditions and the ability to host large-scale events,and has a good prospect for the development of rural sports tourism industry.However,it still faces many problems in its development:(1)Under the implementation of many favorable policies such as comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,it has failed to make effective use of the policies;(2)Lack of comprehensive professionals and service teams combining sports and rural tourism;(3)Lack of effective publicity for rich rural sports tourism resources;(4)The quality of rural sports tourism infrastructure construction is low;(5)The rural sports tourism project is traditional,lacks the characteristic,and has no obvious comparative advantage with the sports tourism scenic spot in the homogeneous countryside;(6)There is a lack of favorable response and remedial measures for rural sports tourism public security incidents.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,suggestions for the sustainable development path of rural sports tourism in Jiutai District of Changchun City are as follows:(1)comprehensively implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and effectively use the economic and resource advantages brought by the policy;(2)Train high-quality rural sports tourism related talents and professional service teams to improve service quality;(3)Strengthen public publicity by strengthening traditional marketing,new media marketing and film and television marketing;(4)Strengthen infrastructure construction and improve tourism service capacity;(5)Enrich featured projects and break seasonal restrictions;(6)Develop public service mechanisms and plans such as sports tourism,and improve the ability to respond to public security incidents.Based on the digital economy,promote the sustainable development of rural sports tourism from resources and services,and promote rural revitalization.
