Research On The Development Path Of Rural Sports In Liaocheng Area Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is an important deployment of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,pointing out the direction for China's rural development.In August 2019,The State Council issued the Outline for Building a Strong Country in Sports,proposing to fully build China into a modern socialist country in sports by 2050.Under the promotion of these two strategies,sports guiding rural economic development has become a trend.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature and field investigation,and takes the statistical data of questionnaire survey as the main line to analyze the data and try to reveal the hidden information behind the data.Through field investigation,understand the development status of some rural sports in Liaocheng area,and according to the development status of the survey data,put forward solutions,for the general goal of rural revitalization,namely: industry prosperity,ecological livable,civilized,effective governance,rich life of the general goal to lay a solid foundation.This study is carried out in two aspects: longitudinal section and transverse section,The cross section is based on the field survey and questionnaire survey data obtained Liaocheng area rural sports development status includes two aspects namely mass sports in Liaocheng area and school sports.Vertical section is to find a solution to the problem in the same direction.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn based on the current situation of rural sports development in Liaocheng area:(1)Due to the local residents' vague concept of sports and fitness,the utilization rate of local sports infrastructure is low,which leads to the low sports participation in Liaocheng.(2)Due to the fuzzy responsibility of the main body of the current rural sports management institutions,the current grassroots sports events are in a blank period,and the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in sports is greatly reduced.(3)Due to the current lack of rural sports talents in Liaocheng,there are two aspects of performance,in mass sports: Farmers do not have formal sports related guidance,can only imitate exercises through video,action is not standard;In school physical education: students can not be satisfied with the enthusiasm of PE activities.In view of the above problems,the research path proposed in this paper is as follows:(1)"+ sports" can make rural areas stronger and solve the problems of "poverty due to illness" and "hollowing out" in rural areas through sports.(2)"Sports +" can make farmers rich.By integrating sports with other industries,it can drive local economic development and let farmers see a new way to drive rural economic development through sports.
