Golf physical training has developed rapidly in recent years,and research on golf physical training methods has been enriched.Plyometric training is regarded as the most effective training method for developing explosive power and it is widely used in basketball,volleyball,rugby and sprint projects,but it is rarely used in golf physical training at present.Moreover,there are few studies on the combination of plyometric training with golf physical training,as well as on the use of plyometric training as a physical training method in sports with body rotation as a source of strength.Therefore,exploring the influence of plyometric training on golf swing speed of golf special students has positive significance to enrich the theory and practice of golf special physical training,and to perfect the theory and practice of plyometric training.This study used the experimental method,with 16 boys in the 2016 golf special class of Tianjin university of sports,and experimental subjects divided into experimental groups and control groups by random group,and the experimental group carried out 8 weeks of plyometric training intervention.The control group carried out only conventional swing training without plyometric training intervention,and the physical fitness indexes(standing vertical jump,kneeling rotational medicine ball push,sitting vertical rotation medicine ball throw,golf posture rotation medicine ball push)of the experimental subjects before and after the experiment and golf swing speed indexes(shoulder rotation speed,Hip rotation speed,knee rotation speed,hand swing speed,clubhead speed)for testing and acquisition.The comparison and analysis of the physical fitness indexes and golf swing speed indexes of the experimental pre-and postexperimental group and the golf swing speed indexes were compared with the independent sample T-test and the paired sample T-test in the group,and the following results were obtained:?After 8 weeks of plyometric training,the physical fitness indexes of the experimental group showed a very significant improvement(P<0.01).The control group showed a significant improvement(P<0.05)in the indexes of standing vertical jump and kneeling rotational medicine ball push,and showed no significant improvement(P>0.05)in the indexes of sitting vertical rotation medicine ball throw and golf posture rotation medicine ball push.After the experiment,the experimental group compared with the control group,the physical fitness indexes of the experimental group was better than the control group,the index of kneeling rotational medicine ball push showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),the index of golf posture rotation medicine ball push on left side shows significant difference(P<0.05),although the indexes of standing vertical jump,sitting vertical rotation medicine ball throw and golf posture rotation medicine ball push on right side were no significant difference(P>0.05),but the experimental group's physical fitness improvement ratio was greater than the control group,the explosive force increase effect was more obvious.? After 8 weeks of plyometric training,the experimental group showed a very significant improvement(P<0.01)in golf swing speed indexes,but the control group showed no significant improvement(P>0.05).The experimental group compared with the control group,and the experimental group's all golf swing speed indexes were better than the control group,the indexes of hip rotation speed,knee rotation speed and clubhead speed showed significant difference(P<0.05),although the indexes of shoulder rotation speed and hand swing speed did not have a significant difference(P>0.05),but the experimental group increased much more than the control group,golf swing speed progress effect is more obvious.Conclusion:1.Plyometric training can effectively enhance physical fitness,the lower limb explosive power,upper limb explosive power,torso rotation explosive power and integrated body rotation explosive power has been significantly improved.After the experiment,the physical fitness indexes of the experimental group were better than the control group,among which the indexes of kneeling rotational medicine ball push and golf posture rotation medicine ball push on left side showed a significant advantage.2.Plyometric training can effectively improve the level of golf swing speed indexes,the indexes of shoulder rotation speed,hip rotation speed,knee rotation speed,hand swing speed and clubhead speed have been significantly improved.After the experiment,the golf swing speed indexes of the experimental group were better than the control group,among which the indexes of hip rotation speed,knee rotation speed and clubhead speed showed significant advantages.3.The proportion of the improvement of golf swing speed indexes by plyometric training showed the trend characteristics that Hip rotation speed > shoulder rotation speed > knee rotation speed > hand swing speed > clubhead speed.The principle of golf full swing biomechanics and the golf full swing kinematics sequence showed a correlation with the trend of the increase proportion of golf swing speed indexes.With the momentum transfer from hip to shoulder,hand and clubhead,the increase proportion of golf swing speed showed a downward trend.Plyometric training has the greatest influence on the indexes of hip rotation speed and shoulder rotation speed,has a great influence on the indexes of knee rotation speed and hand swing speed,and has a big influence on clubhead speed.
