Golf is different from other sports,It is the body trunk that revolves around the spine.According to the form of this sport,golf swing technology is greatly influenced by the core muscle efficiency,and the strength of core strength plays an important role in the grasp and improvement of swing skill.In this paper,Using literature,Delphi method,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,the experimental group and the control group were set up.The experimental group added core strength training content and the control group conducted regular training.Review a large amount of literature,design and produce questionnaires for test indicators,and distribute them to expert coaches of this professional.The final indicators include: Selecting eight indicators of abdominal bridge and supine legs as core indicators from the core strength.The two indicators of closed eye single-legged stand and Domyos turntable were selected as test indicators.The full-swing technique was used to select the distance of hitting the ball,accuracy of hitting,and three basic swing actions as test indicators to measure the data before and after the experiment.Results:(1)after 8 weeks of core strength training,the core strength index of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group in the level eight abdominal bridge and supine leg raise(P<0.01);the core stability index of the experimental group was closed with one foot standing There was a significant difference between the Domyos dial and the control group(P<0.05).In the full swing index of the experimental group,the club head speed and initial shooting speed were significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).The head orientation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the club head trajectory showed no difference compared to the control group,indicating that the core strength training had little impact on the precision of the hitting,and the efficiency and basic movement of the hitting ball were greatly improved(P<0.05).),there are significant differences;(2)after 8 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group of eight abdominal bridge and supine leg raise significantly than before the experiment(P <0.05);experimental group closed eyes single foot stand and Domyos turntable Before the experiment,there was a significant increase(P<0.05);the impact parameters of the hitting distance index of the experimental group increased significantly compared with that before the experiment(P<0.01),the related parameters of the basic movement index of the swing increased significantly,and thehitting efficiency The P values ??of the basic movements were all less than 0.05,but there were differences in the relevant parameters of the accuracy index.The orientation of the club face was more reasonable after experiment,but the head trajectory did not change significantly(P>0.05);(3)8 weeks of traditional training,the eight abdominal bridges and supine legs in the control group increased compared to the pre-experimental group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the closed eyes of the control group stood on one foot and the Domyos dial was higher than before the experiment.There was no significant difference(P>0.05);the hitting parameters of the hitting distance index of the control group,the hitting parameters of the hitting accuracy index and the related hitting parameters of the basic swing movement index did not show significant differences before the experiment.(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The core strength and core stability of the experimental group have been greatly improved by optimizing the core strength training indicators for two training stages,which indicates that the training indicators of the two stage have a significant impact on the core strength and core stability.(2)The core strength training can effectively increase the distance of the hitting of the golf special student's No.1 wood,and it also improves the precision of the hitting.The experimental group passes the core strength training,the head speed of the student when hitting the ball,and the initial shooting speed are all obtained.Greatly improved,indicating that the training of core strength has a very significant effect on the batting distance.(3)Through core strength training,the physical quality of students in the golf special class has been improved,especially in the waist and abdominal muscle strength.The promotion of waist and abdominal muscle strength further promotes the progress and improvement of student technology,indicating that the development of human core strength can be effective.Improve golf's overall technology.(4)The core strength training can improve the golf swing stability of No.1 golf student.After core strength training,the hitting efficiency of the No.1 wooden student in the specially selected class is significantly improved.
