| Research Purpose: In order to help players and coaches more accurately grasp the golf swing mode, the main purpose of this study is to study the biomechanical characteristics between two different golf swing modes--traditional golf swing and modern golf swing. To understand the difference between the two swing patterns.Through the experiment, people have a more comprehensive understanding of the two golf swing modes,so as to use the two golf swing modes more reasonably in practice.Research Methods:This research adopts the repeated measurement design of experiment, after screening, selected nearly in the 0 to 8 golfers as experimental object, through two swing model of biomechanical data-traditional golf swing model, modern golf swing model, using "camera,3 d load platform, myoelectricity tester" synchronous measurement, kinematics, dynamics, emg data obtained. This research uses the literature data method, the experiment method, the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research. The paired sample t-test was used to compare the quantitative indicators in two different golf swing patterns, and the biomechanical factors related to the club head speed were found by the correlation analysis. Each of the 13 subjects completed 5-10 tests, and the best one was selected for analysis through communication with the subjects and selection of later exercise videos. Results: Kinematics: In the two different swing modes, there was a significant difference in X factor at the upper swing stage(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference in the right hip at the lower swing stage(P < 0.01).Dynamics:At the up swing stage, there were differences in the vertical pressure of left and right feet between the two golf swing modes(P< 0.05).At the up swing stage, there were differences in the vertical pressure of left and right feet between the two golf swing modes(P < 0.05).The degree of gluteus maximus muscle activation was significantly different(P < 0.01).The degree of activation of erector spinae muscle and gluteus maximus muscle was significantly different at the swing stage(P < 0.01).Research conclusion; There is no significant difference in the hitting distance between the two golf swing modes.Meanwhile,X factor can increase the clubhead speed to some extent.Of the two golf swing modes, the traditional golf underfoot pressure transfer is greater, and novices or insensitive people may be more suitable for this swing mode. But in terms of accuracy, traditional golf requires more precise control. In terms of the degree of muscle activation, the core muscle group of modern golf is more activated.Considering that golf is a highly repetitive sport, the core muscle group needs more power,so the modern golf swing may not be an ideal swing for novice players with insufficient core muscle group strength. For both modes of swing, increasing the power of the gluteus maximus and erector spinal muscles is the key to increasing club head speed. |
