Objective: Pilates practice is an effective way to improve core strength and balance ability.Using experimental method to explore Pilates training's impact on all golf swing technology.Tries to explore the Pilates training;Improve the effect of golf swing technology.To provide innovative ideas for the training of Pilates;Rich golf training means and promote golf technological progress.Methods: Through healthy fitness to raise the experiment test of 50 students in Sichuan Tourism college golf professional grade 2015.Before experiment,the motion of the screening questionnaire,the physical and mental health and voluntary to participate and cooperate.They are divided into experimental group(n = 25,Pilates training intervention)and control group(n = 25,normal method is adopted to improve the physical training class).Both groups attend golf lessons on normal.Experiments before and after,the experimental group and control group in physical quality and technical indexes all golf swing test.Physical test indexes using test 8 abdominal bridge level 1,Single feet left / right eye closure and Jump lattice;Golf swing all technical indexes using strike distance testing,testing and technical evaluation test.Before and after the intervention of,compare the experiment group and control group the differences of each test index,analysis of Pilates training intervention on golf swing,and the effects of technology.This study designed the 15 Pilates training intervention action;Training content using static action and dynamic action with combined with stretching exercises and strength training methods.Frequency for 2 times a week,and training time for 60 minutes,the training intensity for 2-3 groups.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the experimental group of 8 abdominal bridge level 1 and single feet left / right eye closure was improve in significant difference(P<0.01);Jump lattice improve more in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Experimental strike distances and technical assessment test,the control group by with significant difference(P?0.01);Hitting accuracy than the control group significantly increased,two groups of index has more significant difference(P ? 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of Pilates training intervention,the experimental group of 8 abdominal bridge level,there is very significant to improve before the experiment(P<0.01);Single feet left / right eye closure,improve in a significant increase,compared with before(P<0.05).Blow away test of experimental group has a very significant increase,compared with before(P?0.01);Hit the ball accurately and technology assessment has increased dramatically,compared with before(P?0.05).(3)The 12-week sports after the intervention,the experimental level before and after the control group 8 abdominal bridge,and single feet left / right eye closure;does not appear significant difference(P>0.05).Control group shot distance and accuracy of the ball,technology assessment was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Pilates training can enhance the core strength,balance ability and physical coordination of the golfer.(2)Pilates training can effectively improve the golf player's full swing skills,can increase the batting distance,batting accuracy and the integrity of the action.(3)Pilates after training,enhance the golfer's physical quality at the same time,golf swing technology also has been improved,indicating the increase of core strength,balance and coordination ability of players effectively promote the golf swing performance improvement of technology.
