In order to promote the development and reform of education in our country,school education has been committed to creating higher quality education and cultivating more talents to adapt to the pace of social progress.The modern education system is centered on the class teaching system,and the basic teaching mode is the teaching method,which is favored by teachers because of its efficient teaching effect.Discussion method is a teaching method formed under the long-term teaching reform,which pays more attention to the students' dominant position in the classroom.The PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)class combines the teaching method and the discussion method,and introduces a transition link of absorption and internalization in the middle.According to the theory,a complete PAD class should include three links which are teaching,absorption and discussion,so as to ensure the teaching quality and benefit the overall development of students.This research is based on the research of the theory of PAD classes and related education theory,and studies its application in junior middle school physics classroom.The research methods mainly include literature research,education experiment,questionnaire,observation and interview.The main content of this study is to study the background,current situation and existing examples of PAD classes,and clarify the operational steps of PAD classes.Investing the experimental subjects and analyzing the current situation of learning and classroom,which is to ensure that there are objective conditions for the implementation of classroom division;The experimental class was randomly selected as the intervention object under the condition that there was no difference between the control class and the experimental class.Teaching is conducted in strict accordance with the requirements of each section of the class.Paying attention to the control of relevant variables,and using variable methods to conduct educational experiments during the teaching.During the education experiment,various methods such as classroom observation and interview were used to collect materials to provide evidence for subsequent analysis.The experimental results were verified by SPSS software,and the results were analyzed.Through the analysis of the research results,we can see that there are some differences between the experimental class and the control class.From the perspective of research,interviews with middle school students on the whole on the recognition of the PAD class,the improvement of the completion of homework,the improvement of the concentration of middle school students in the discussion,the significant improvement of the academic performance of experimental class students before and after intervention in the paired sample t test,the average score of the whole paper of the control class is 4.04 points lower than the total score of the whole class,while the average score of the experimental class is 3.30 points higher than the total score of the whole class,all these results can show that the PAD class has a certain feasibility,can provide a certain reference for the classroom reformers.In the follow-up study and teaching career,the author will continue to explore more possibilities of PAD class on the basis of this research.
