In order to build Physics classes of high quality and efficiency,teachers are required to change their traditional teaching understanding andcreate scientific and efficient teaching mode. According to the existingdomestic teaching mode and the “345” teaching mode of high quality andefficiency proposed by Weifang Academy, I eventually form the practical“345” teaching mode. This teaching mode is combined with the actualphysics teaching of Changyi Foreign Languages School. I use manymethods such as surveys, interviews, literatures and practices to researchall aspects of Physics teaching.“345”teaching mode refers to threeprocedures, four steps and five kinds of class type.“Three procedures”means “pre-class extension, curricular inquiry and after-classconsolidation”.“Four steps” means “independent learning, cooperativeinquiry, succinct coaching and effective training”.“Five kinds of classtypes” means “new knowledge-explored lesson, experiments-exploredlesson, knowledge-combed lesson,, test-coaching lesson, exercises-training lesson”.This study is divided into five parts. In the first chapter ofintroduction, starting with the common problems of classroom teaching forevery subject, it expounds the background of the issues. This paperintroduces the current situation of domestic successful teaching mode andthe overall evaluation. It also has a brief description of the significance,subject and method of the study. The second chapter analyzes thetheoretical basis and its framework of “345” teaching mode of high qualityand efficiency. At the same time, it discusses the implementation andrelationships between each link and step. It also provides the theoreticalsupport for physics teaching based on “345”teaching mode. Chapter Threeis the main part of the thesis, which specifically elaborates the operationprocedure of the “345”Teaching Mode of physics teaching in ChangyiForeign Languages School, as well as the problems to be grasped in the teaching mode. Pre-class extension is the foundation to ensurehigh-efficiency class. It is described from four aspects—to make clear ofthe preview purpose, to complete the preview plan, to explore the problems,to consolidate the preview effect. Curricular inquiry is the core part of eachclass. It illustrates the matters needed paying attention to from four aspects,including the independent learning, cooperative inquiry, succinct coachingand effective training. After-class consolidation is the necessarycomplement of high-efficiency class. The operation procedure is analyzedfrom assignment, homework evaluation and marking, homeworkexplanation. Chapter Four specifically addresses how to evaluate the effectof Physics class using “345” teaching mode. It introduces the content ofassessing the effects from the following four aspects: teaching planning,performance of teachers and students, teaching effectiveness, multipleevaluations. According to the evaluation of teachers and students inChangyi Foreign Languages School, I collect the relevant data during thestudy and obtain the conclusion that it is successful to implement “345”teaching mode when we have Physics classes. The fifth chaptersummarizes the feelings and experiences after the application of “345”teaching mode. The successful experience, the existing problems, thedirection of next step and the prospect of the popularizing value of theteaching mode are also analyzed in this chapter.
