Interpersonal relationship plays an important role in children's socialization.Children's interpersonal relationship,which is relatively simple,includes parent-child relationship,peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,etc.Among them,peer relationship has a great influence on children's growth,character building and habit formation.At present,most of the urban floating children have some problems in their peer communication,such as psychological disorder,poor willingness,lack of self-confidence and weak ability of verbal and non-verbal understanding.Therefore,it is necessary to help them improve their peer communication ability and blend right into their peers as soon as possible by changing the current situation.We think social workers' intervention can help those children to broaden their horizons,to improve their peer communication ability,and to increase their physical and psychological well-being.This paper takes the floating children in a certain middle school of a certain city as the research subjects,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire and data statistics to investigate the problems concerning those children's peer communication,and then analyzes the causes of those problems.We selected 6floating children in the city and 2 local children to form the research group.Among them,6 urban floating children include 4 boys and 2 girls;2 local children include 1boy and 1 girl.The children are in the 13-15 age range.Under the guidance of advantage perspective theory and ecosystem perspective theory,eight group activities were designed to predict their needs for making friends,enhancing self-confidence,improving communication skills,breaking the status quo of inferiority,and getting the approval of their teachers and classmates.In the process of the study,the activity process and the performance of the group members were recorded in detail for 8 times.Finally,the effect of the group activity results was evaluated.Through questionnaire and interviews with their parents and head teachers,the work of the group is summarized,and it is found that the group members have significantly improved their peer communication ability.Group activities have effectively improved those children's mental health,independent willingness,self-confidence,verbal communication and non-verbal understanding ability.
