With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the flow of population between urban and rural areas is accelerating,and the scale of migrant workers entering the city is expanding day by day.Different from the past,migrant workers are no longer single-person migration,but family-based migration.Migrant workers move their children from the countryside to the cities to live with them,because there are significant differences in life and learning between migrant workers and migrant workers in their lives and studies.It causes the children of migrant workers to have inferiority and all kinds of negative emotions,become isolated,and the problem of peer communication is exposed slowly.Whether we can better integrate into the peer group and have a good peer relationship will not only affect the farmers entering the city.The psychological health and growth of migrant workers’ children will also affect the urbanization of migrant workers and even affect the harmonious development of society.However,the communication problems they face,schools,families and communities are unable to provide strong support and need the involvement of professional forces.The research object of this paper is the children of migrant workers who go to the city in Qingdao G primary school.Through sorting out the research results,the author finds that there are four main problems in migrant workers’ children: first,the lack of communication skills,the weak ability of verbal communication and non-verbal understanding;Second,peer interaction is passive and collective activity participation is low;thirdly,there are emotional barriers to peer interaction and lack of communication confidence;fourth,prosocial behavior is not good.Finally,10 migrant workers’ children were selected as the object of social workers’ intervention services,and the ability of peer interaction of migrant workers’ children was improved by "socializing me best and happily accompanying me".Growth group.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory,mirror theory and social learning theory,a total of six group activities were designed and carried out to help migrant workers’ children improve their ability of verbal communication,non-verbal understanding and peer interaction initiative.To overcome the emotional barriers ofpeer interaction,improve the pro-social behavior,improve the peer communication ability of migrant workers’ children,improve their peer relationship,and help them to obtain peer support.After all six group activities were completed,the effect of group activities was evaluated by observation method,questionnaire method and interview method.The study found that the peer communication ability of migrant workers’ children was improved to some extent by participating in the group of "socializing me best and being happy to accompany me" to improve the peer communication ability of migrant workers’ children.It is proved that the group working method plays an active role in the promotion of the peer communication ability of migrant workers’ children moving to the city.Then,we summarize and reflect on the group activities of "socializing me best and being happy with me",hoping to enrich the practical research in this field. |
