Under the background of education reform in the new era,the reform of basic education curriculum has been advanced in depth,and establishing people with virtue has become the fundamental task of educating people in schools.“General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)” sets out clear requirements for the establishment of school-based courses,which endows school-based courses with multiple values to supplement national courses,implement elective modules,enrich school courses,and implement core qualities.The only way for curriculum development and implementation under the background.Tourism geography school-based curriculum development in school as the center,in the high school geography curriculum standard as the instruction,teachers and other developers on the basis of school characteristics,regional tourism geography,collect,integrate tourism geography curriculum resources inside and outside school,fully considering the specific characteristics and needs of the students,under the scientific management as a whole,according to the nature and the concept of curriculum construction course target,according to the arrangement of curriculum structure and curriculum construction in the form of organization and use of diversified evaluation of curriculum evaluation activities.At present,the related research on the development of school-based curriculum of tourism geography lacks of theoretical construction of the model,and fails to propose a scientific and complete school-based curriculum development model based on the content of tourism geography.Meanwhile,the integration of relevant research and the new curriculum standard of geography is insufficient.The study selected Qufu of Shandong province for the area of tourism geography school-based curriculum development,using literature research,case analysis method,interview method,in high school geography elective module “tourism geography” as the theme,according to the curriculum and the geography subject core literacy training requirements,in the full investigation and analysis of the present situation of Qufu high school tourism geography school-based curriculum development,based on the proposed Qufu tourism geography school-based curriculum development model high school,and in the target design,curriculum,course content,textbook compilation and implementation suggestion to present cases.The study is based on the research background,research objective,research content,through to the domestic and foreign research present situation,relevant concepts,theoretical basis of comb,clear core literacy horizon,high school geography school-based curriculum development requirements,travel to Qufu high school geography school-based curriculum development present situation investigation and analysis,finally to Qufu tourism geographyschool-based curriculum development model of high school to explore.To be specific:First,the 2017 version of the geography curriculum standard,through interpretation has been clear about the tourism geography school-based curriculum should be dominated by core geography literacy courses of geography,comprehensive education and implementing the double task of elective courses,the knowledge system,curriculum content should highlight advanced thinking should grasp the core knowledge,curriculum goal should focus on practical ability,should attach importance to the problem-based teaching,to carry out the geography practice,attaches great importance to the performance assessment,for the development of model provides guidance on the concept,content and implementation.Second,the study investigated and analyzed the development status of tourism geography school-based curriculum in high schools in Qufu city.On the one hand,it analyzed the existing achievements of tourism geography school-based curriculum.On the other hand,it used interview method to understand the practical problems,advantages and suggestions of tourism geography school-based curriculum.In terms of the existing achievements,there are some problems such as the lack of geographical subject characteristics in the course content,the absence of curriculum standards in the content organization of tourism geography,the lack of update of tourism data and cases,and the lack of advanced logic in the problem design.In terms of practical problems,the educational administrative department lacks attention,the main role function of the school is hindered,the development motivation of high school teachers is insufficient,the concept of curriculum development is mistaken,and the status of tourism geography curriculum is low.However,it has advantages in the development and coordination of school-based curriculum and the integration of geography curriculum resources.In terms of Suggestions,the curriculum development should be based on the cultivation of students' core quality of geography,the selection of tourism geography curriculum resources should pay more attention to openness,and the implementation of school-based curriculum can be combined with classroom “micro-practice”.Thirdly,the development model of high school tourism geography school-based curriculum in Qufu city mainly includes four aspects: goal construction,organization construction,evaluation construction and overall management.At the goal construction level,the model designs the course objectives based on the environmental analysis,development principles,course nature and course philosophy.At the organizational level,the model determines the constituent elements,makes the curriculum arrangement,clarifies the curriculum content,compiles the teaching materials,and puts forward the implementation Suggestions.The evaluation construction includes student evaluation and course evaluation.The student evaluation should emphasize the performance evaluation,while the course evaluation advocatesthe evaluation of the whole development process.At the level of overall planning and management,it innovates and puts forward the open overall planning mode,and puts forward relevant strategies of power guarantee and knowledge management.Among them,relevant cases are designed and presented respectively in the aspects of objective design,curriculum arrangement,content structure,textbook compilation and implementation Suggestions.The study is based on the new target of new requirements,new ideas and new development of school-based curriculum,has formulated a set of complete structure mode of development,not only to improve and enrich the theory of school-based curriculum development,to provide reference for future research,also for many areas,including Qufu,school in tourism geography school-based curriculum development to provide the reference.
