In 2018,the Geographic Curriculum Standard for General High School(2017 Edition)was officially released.According to the new requirements,it is necessary to train the new era successors with the innovative spirit.And we should cultivate students with the qualities of human coordination,regional cognition,comprehensive thinking and geographical practice.The cultivation of geographical practical power is an important factor in carrying out geographical practice and innovative spirit.Although there is a high degree of heat in the cultivation of practical force in geography at present,the cultivation of students' geography practical power is still on the basis of theory.This is due to the imprisonment of traditional educational ideas.And through the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of geography practical ability of middle school students,it is found that the present situation of the cultivation of geography practical ability in our country is not satisfactory.Based on the view of geographical core literacy,this paper scientifically solves how to develop practical ability in the teaching process,and how to combine the cultivation of practical power with other core literacy cultivation and how to promote the cultivation of Innovation ability through the cultivation of Geography practice Power.This paper is put forward a practical model for the cultivation of geography practice in middle school.The main developments in the study are as follows:1.Through the research,it is considered that the constituent elements of geographical practical force include the ability to obtain and interpret geographic information,the ability to mobilize and apply geographical knowledge,and the ability to describe and elaborate geographical things,the ability to discover and demonstrate geographical problems and the ability to design geographical practical.Its characteristics can be summarized as practical,regional,holistic,scientific and innovative.2.Through combing and analyzing the contents of the new curriculum standard,it is found that there are 24 knowledge points in the modules of "geography 1","geography 2","elective 8 geography information technology application","elective 9 geography field practice".It provides a good choice for the cultivation of geography practical force in the teaching process.3.The study found that the current situation of geography practice training in senior middle schools is not satisfactory due to the confinement of traditional educational ideas.Interviews with geography education experts,senior high school geography teachers and senior high school teachers have found that there are still different views on teaching attitude,understanding of core accomplishment,practical training methods and so on.The geography teachers in middle school think that the cultivation of practical force is restricted by security,funds and time,which will undoubtedly hinder the implementation of the cultivation of practical force of geography.4.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the students' understanding of the geographical core literacy is far from enough at present,and the understanding of the elements of the core literacy and the characteristics of the geography discipline is rather vague.Nearly 1/3 of the students believe that geography is not practical.In addition,nearly half of the students can't fully understand the characteristics of geographical practical force,and have a relatively low understanding of the role of geographical practical force,and there is also a wrong understanding of the cultivation of geographical practical force.5.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that students' recognition of core literacy is low,and even a third of the students believe that geography does not have the characteristics of practicality,and geographical practice is not helpful to the promotion of the examination.In the process of teaching,teachers have not specially trained the practical ability,and more than half of the schools have not carried out field practical activities,and the students have very few practical activities.It can be seen that geographical practical force is the weakest link among the four elements of geographical core literacy.However,the students have a higher degree of recognition for outdoor investigation than for social investigation,simulation experiment and classroom teaching.It is precisely because of the deficiency in the cultivation of geographical practical power that a considerable number of students are unable to acquire geographical information quickly and accurately.And students can't think from the three dimensions of natural,social and regional characteristics,and even nearly a third of the students do not meet the goals and requirements of the new curriculum standard at present.6.Taking "contour topographic map" as a teaching case to cultivate the practical force of geography,this paper explores how to develop the cultivation of geographical practice in the course of teaching.It is concluded that the following models can be adopted in the cultivation of geographical practical ability: Analysis of curriculum standards ? Activity Theme Selection ? Activity Preparation ? Classroom Teaching ? Question Raising ?Extracurricular Practice ? Practical Problem Solving ?Results Display ?Performance Evaluation ? Teaching Reflection.
