The employment issue is a major social issue.The good social employment situation and high employment rate are conducive to the harmony and stability of the whole society.As a high-level talent cultivated by the state,graduate students have a high cultural quality,are important promoters of new social technologies and new ideas,and are necessary forces to promote the development of the country's society.Therefore,as an important part of the social employment subject,whether graduate students can successfully achieve employment,good business will directly affect the development of social economy and social stability.The development of higher education in China has entered the era of popularization at the beginning of this century.With this change,the size of the master's degree group has been continuously expanded,and with the further deepening of the employment system reform in China,the employment forms and the employment market have undergone earth-shaking changes.The employment situation is facing an increasingly severe situation and the quality of employment has also declined.Faced with an increasingly competitive job market,the postgraduate group generally has employment anxiety,which may lead to more serious psychological problems if not handled properly.In addition,relevant departments have successively issued relevant documents to require all parties to do a good job in postgraduate employment.Therefore,it is necessary for us to pay attention to and attach importance to the employment anxiety of graduate students.This study takes the employment anxiety questionnaire of college graduates compiled by Ren Huajuan,the self-made graduate student employment anxiety questionnaire and interview outline as the tools,and takes 500 graduate students from five universities in Xi'an,Shanxi Province as the research object,using SPSS 17.0 statistical software statistical analysis of the data obtained,trying to understand the status quo of employment anxiety of postgraduates,analyzing the differences of employment anxiety among different postgraduate subgroups,and exploring the causes of employment anxiety of postgraduates,on this basis,put forward relevant countermeasures to ease the employment of graduate students anxiety.Through the statistical description of the questionnaire data,analysis of variance and test,the research results are as follows:the overall detection rate of employment anxiety of graduate students is 36.40%,which indicates that the employment anxiety phenomenon of master graduate students is more common;political appearance,student cadre experience,student source There is no significant difference in employment anxiety among different sub-groups of different surveyed subjects such as the number of brothers and sisters,social work experience,and masters of different genders,different grades,different school levels,different disciplines,inter-professional graduates and non-professional graduates.There are significant differences in employment anxiety.Based on the above results,this paper has done quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis on the causes of postgraduate employment anxiety.The results are as follows:The employment anxiety of current graduate students mainly comes from employment competition pressure and students' personal factors(including knowledge,ability,Confidence),concerns about employment prospects and lack of employment support,lack of career planning,and a relatively unilateral understanding of employment are also important reasons for the employment anxiety of masters.In view of the above reasons,in order to alleviate the employment anxiety of graduate students,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:establish a new concept of employment in the popular period,reduce concerns about employment prospects;enhance self-efficacy and enhance employment confidence;strengthen career planning,improve employ-ability in many aspects;Social support network,actively seeking social support.
