The 2021 "China National Mental Health Development Report" pointed out that26.4% of college students have depression and anxiety,and employment anxiety has gradually become a more serious mental health problem for fresh graduates.At present,the theoretical circle has been more mature to explore the relationship between a single variable and employment anxiety,but there are few systematic studies on the factors affecting employment anxiety,and the comprehensive influence mechanism of different factors on employment anxiety is still unclear.This research aims to summarize the important influencing factors of employment anxiety from the perspective of college graduates’ mental health,in order to improve the mechanism of employment anxiety,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the purpose of alleviating employment anxiety of college graduates and help University graduates face employment with a more positive attitude.This research takes college graduates from undergraduate colleges in Shanxi Province as the object,based on the theory of emotional cognition and signal anxiety theory,and analyzes the comprehensive influence mechanism of individual factors and environmental factors on employment anxiety.Through the questionnaire,1341 copies are collected.Valid data sample.Using the statistical analysis software SPSS26.0,using the orderly multi-category Logistic regression analysis method to analyze the current university graduates’ employment anxiety and influencing factors,and finally get the comprehensive influence mechanism of the university graduates’ employment anxiety in Shanxi Province.The research conclusions show that:(1)In the subjective perception of anxiety,the degree of influence of individual factors and environmental factors on employment anxiety,from large to small,are:work experience,self-confidence in job search,professional development prospects,employment city,coping style,employment psychological expectations,and career Planning,employment support and assistance.(2)In terms of physiological behavior anxiety,the degree of influence of individual factors and environmental factors on employment anxiety,from large to small,are: professional development prospects,job self-confidence,employment city,coping style,academic achievement,work experience,employment support and help.According to the conclusion and analysis,this research discusses the suggestions to alleviate the employment anxiety of college graduates from the four levels of universities,society,individuals and families.Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the mental health of college graduates;society should play a synergistic role to help college graduates get a smooth job;individuals should be fully prepared for employment;families should provide necessary support and assistance to college graduates.There are two innovations in this research: First,it enriches the influencing factors of employment anxiety,introduces less studied academic achievement and career planning as individual-level influencing factors,and supplements the influencing factors of employment anxiety of college graduates.Second,expand the influence mechanism of employment anxiety,systematically analyze the main influencing factors of college graduates’ employment anxiety from a more comprehensive perspective.
