A Research On Chemistry Test Anxiety Of Students In Senior Grade3

Test anxiety is a series of physiological and psychological reactions stress, discomfort incertain situations the candidate excitation generated. The one with serious test anxiety will beharmed by mentally and physically, so the research of test anxiety is essential for the healthygrowth of students. This study is focus on the psychology of students in my region and try to find asolution.This study is divided into three steps, first of all we try to display the principle of anxiety inexam, and then we make up a research paper to find out the situation of Heibei Julu High School ingrade3, finally we find an impotent strategy to solve to avoid anxiety in chemistry exam.Based on the much research of predecessors, this paper focus on three classes in grade threeof Hebei Julu High School and try to find their anxiety data in chemistry exam. We finally arrivedat the conclusion that93percent in appropriate range, only7percent get mild anxiety, nobody hassevere anxiety. Meanwhile, through the result data we can find that the majority of students in mildanxiety coming from repeat class, about60percent. Other type of class takes the other40percent.This means that the students in repeat class are the most serious crowd in test anxiety. We can alsofind that, in the moderate anxiety, girls accounted for60percent, indicate that girls is more seriousthan boys. In addition, from this investigation concludes: Students do not like to do the math andgeneral questions.Based on the above findings and chemistry characteristics, this study give somecountermeasures to alleviate chemical test anxiety, which is to lay foundation and make theminterest in learning of chemistry and to do effective and targeted learning. These methods caneffectively improve their confidence and personality. Hopes it is helpful to high school studentsand their teachers in their work.
