With the “Double reduction”policy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council General Office,the domestic education and training market is facing unprecedented turbulence,and the survival and development of education and training enterprises are severely frustrated.Facing the highly uncertain market environment and related education policies,education and training companies must make strategic adjustments to seek a new round of survival and development,seeking new opportunities for development.As the most important part of the strategic adjustment of education and training industry,it is to optimize the design of the salary management system.LP Education Company's salary management system exposed a series of abuses in the previous enterprise development,then under the“Double reduction”policy to re-optimize and adjust the company's salary management system to meet the opportunities and challenges brought by the policy for the company,it is of great significance to the sustainable development and economic benefit of the company.Optimizing the salary system is an important part of the human resources of an enterprise,and it is also the most difficult part of the human resources of an enterprise.LP Education Company has made great achievements under the influence of the market environment and the local education environment since its establishment,in the main business in the local market share,but due to the relatively backward pay system,can not effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of staff work,especially after the ‘double reduction',the majority of the teaching and training industry development prospects are uncertain,the enthusiasm of the work negative.Therefore,the author hopes to use modern salary management theory and idea to try to solve the salary problem that LP education company is facing at present.In this paper,by using the methods of Literature Research,case study,questionnaire survey,investigation and interview,and other academic research methods,through a relatively comprehensive review and summary of the relevant theories of salary management at home and abroad,this paper makes a series of research analysis and summary on the current salary management of LP education company,and combining with the industry characteristics of education and training institutions,finds out some problems and deficiencies in salary management of LP education company,the main problems include the overall low level of pay,market competition is not strong;pay management structure is not perfect,pay composition is not scientific;lack of a sound pay management policy,no reasonable salary budget.Aiming at these problems,the paper carries on the concrete optimization scheme of salary management of LP Education Company: Improving the whole salary level,expanding the market competition ability;.Finally from the organization guarantee and the system and the system guarantee,the omni-directional communication,establishes in an all-round way suits the LP education company salary management system optimization plan the safeguard measure.In a word,the competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis.Scientific and reasonable salary management system is of great significance to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and realize the profit maximization of enterprises.
