Since the reform and opening up,with the improvement of people's living standards,private education and training as a form of public education has also been rapid development.In the face of fierce market competition,private education and training institutions with staff's knowledge level as the core competitiveness need to strengthen human resource management.Compensation management is an important part of human resource management,salary management system is scientific and reasonable,determines the human resources incentive mechanism is effective,and affect the economic efficiency of enterprises and sustainable development.This paper takes the company as an example,the use of domestic and foreign advanced salary management theory and successful enterprise salary management experience,combined with the characteristics of the education and training industry and become the company's development strategy,to optimize the design of the company salary management system.First of all,the investigation and Analysis on status of company salary management system through questionnaire survey and interviews,find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems;secondly,using the design philosophy and the scientific method,design a set of suitable for the company salary management system,the purpose is to solve the existing problems of salary management system.Play the role of incentive pay,improve the company's economic efficiency;finally,making the implementation of safeguard measures of salary management system,and puts forward some unsolved problems which need to be further solved.Through the study of the company compensation management system to optimize the design of the large,provide a reference for the design and optimization of the salary management system of education and training institutions,promote education and training institutions to give full play to the role of incentive pay,improve the core competitiveness,provide economic benefits.
