Non-agriculturalization is an inevitable choice for China's economic development.Under the background of non-agriculturalization,the transfer of a large number rural population to urban areas has had a tremendous impact on rural social life.Under the background of non-agriculturalization,the emergence of a large number of “hollow villages” in rural areas has caused the rural areas to wither and rural compulsory education to appear hollow.It has formed a huge gap for the sustainable development of rural compulsory education and the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.challenge.This paper takes the urban and rural education equilibrium theory,educational equity theory and educational choice theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,and uses the literature review method to summarize the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on rural compulsory education.This paper designs questionnaires,designs different questionnaires according to different subjects,student volumes,teacher volumes,parental volumes,and then conducts field surveys and statistics,and collects relevant data.The evolution of farmers' non-agriculturalization in Guangshan County is divided into three.Conduct research at various stages.By analyzing the non-agricultural transfer of farmers in Guangshan County,the rural “hollowing” and the rural compulsory education have become “hollowized”.This paper analyzes the current situation of “hollowing” of rural education,teachers “hollowing,hollowing out students”,school buildings and infrastructure are idle.It summarizes the causes of “crowding” of rural compulsory education in the process of urbanization,and proposes corresponding Countermeasures to contribute to the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the “hollowization” of rural compulsory education:(1)Rationally utilizing the educational resources of rural idleness,comprehensively reusing idle educational resources,and improving the comprehensive utilization rate of rural educational resources.(2)Do a good job in the integration of educational resources after the “departure and school” in rural areas,and make rational use of the educational resources of rural schools after “withdrawal and school”,and increase the utilization rate of rural educational resources to concentrate limited resources.Use to improve school conditions,update teaching equipment,improve resource utilization efficiency and use efficiency.(3)Optimizing rural education resources and strengthening the rural teaching staff.(4)The government needs to increase investment in rural education,increase investment in rural education,and improve rural infrastructure,including hardware facilities and software facilities.The innovations of this paper are:(1)innovation in research perspective and innovation in topic selection.In the process of urbanization,the non-agricultural transfer of farmers is the research perspective of the thesis,and the research perspective is very innovative.(II)Research methods and innovation of research content.Under the background of rapid urbanization,the migrant workers began to transfer to the large-scale non-agriculturalization of cities and towns,which led to the “hollowization” of rural areas and the “nuclearization” of rural compulsory education.The characterization,type,and process of “crowding” of rural compulsory education.(3)Innovative research area,this paper takes its hometown as the research object,and studies the rural education of a state-level poverty-stricken county,which is “hollowized” in the selected area of the paper.
