With the rapid development of the economy,the living standards of urban and rural residents in China has been improved significantly,and thus the demand has also increased accordingly.People are eager to live a superior life in big cities.However,the problem of excessive urban-rural gap has not been fundamentally changed.China is a country with a large population,among which farmers account for the majority.Currently,the phenomenon of hollowing out of rural areas is getting worse,which has triggered government concerns.To solve this situation,the joint efforts of the government,society and farmers are required.Regarding the hollowing out of the countryside,different scholars have defined the rural hollowing out from different angles.Many scholars have done research and put forward different opinions,which have certain reference significance for solving the problem.There are both favorable and unfavorable aspects of rural hollowing out.A large number of farmers have entered the city and sent a large amount of labor to the city,which has contributed greatly to the development of the city.At the same time,the peasants' eyes have gradually expanded,and their personal qualities have been improved.The city's convenient transportation and complete infrastructure have enriched the lives of farmers,providing a guarantee for the lives of farmers.However,the massive loss of rural population has had a great impact on the development of rural areas.In order to study the adverse effects of rural population hollowing,this paper chooses L village in Linfen City,Shanxi Province as a case study.Located in the western part of Linfen City,L village is far away and has no industrial pillar at present.As a result,the economic level of L village is underdeveloped,so that a large number of villagers of L village leave the countryside and pour into the city.L village is a village with obvious characteristics of rural population hollowing,which can help us fully understand the harm of rural population hollowing.This paper analyzed the population hollowing of L village in Linfen City,Shanxi Province,through participating observation,in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey,and made a preliminary analysis of 142 valid questionnaires recovered,and conducted in-depthinterviews with villagers in L village.Through this investigation and research,we can see that the harm caused by the hollowing of rural population is comprehensive,and has become an important issue that seriously affects the development of rural communities.This paper specifically analyses the fragmentation of rural communities caused by the hollowing of rural population,and describes it in detail from five aspects.From these five aspects,we can see that the hollowing of rural population has had a very serious impact on rural communities.Taking L village as a case study,the survey of L village shows that the hollowing of rural population has a general impact on rural areas in China.The specific content of this article mainly includes the following six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly on the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign related research summaries,research methods and other aspects;the second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis of rural population hollowing;the third part is the analysis of the reasons for rural population hollowing,through in-depth interviews and questionnaires.The fourth part is the analysis of the impact of rural population hollowing,through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,to understand the impact of population hollowing in L village on local villagers,and divided into five aspects;the fifth part is based on the problems found,put forward some targeted recommendations and measures;the sixth part is the conclusion.The conclusion of this paper is summarized.
