".It can be said that adult vocational education is an important starting point for promoting"hollow" governance in rural areas,which is related to its effectiveness and level,and is also an inherent requirement for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.This research mainly includes the following six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.Specifically,it includes the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research review,the research design,the research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis.Clarify theconcepts of adult vocational education,rural "hollowing",and rural governance,and explain the "push-pull" theory and endogenous development theory.The third chapter is a PEST analysis of adult vocational education promoting rural "hollowing" governance.Under the background of the pluralism of governance subjects and the targeted poverty alleviation of education,from the political,economic,social,and technical environment,a comprehensive interpretation of the role and function of adult vocational education in promoting the "hollow" governance in rural areas can not be ignored.The fourth chapter is a case analysis of the promotion of rural "hollowing" governance by adult vocational education.Using interview method,case study method and literature research method,through the case analysis of L village,to understand the successful experience and operating mechanism of adult vocational education to promote rural "hollow governance".The fifth chapter is the strategy of promoting "hollow" governance in rural areas for adult vocational education.Based on theoretical and practical research,this paper proposes strategies for adult vocational education to promote "hollow" governance in rural areas in terms of providing institutional guarantees,constructing peasant colleges,cultivating new professional farmers,giving play to the role of rural talents,and focusing on the integration of multiple resources.Chapter ? is the conclusion.Summarize and review the achievements of the research,point out the existing problems,and then put forward the research prospects.Therefore,the author relies on the push-pull theory and endogenous development theory,and uses research methods such as interview methods,case studies,and literature research methods to theoretically promote adult vocational education to promote the politics,economy,culture,and society of rural "hollow" governance.The environment is elaborated.On this basis,learn and draw lessons from the effectiveness of adult vocational education to promote the "hollow-out" governance of L villages in Zhejiang Province,build a corresponding operating mechanism,and provide institutional guarantees,construct farmer colleges,cultivate new-type professional farmers,and make use of rural talents.The role,the use ofmultiparty resource integration,etc.put forward corresponding strategies for adult vocational education to promote rural "hollow" governance.
