| With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the rural society has undergone unprecedented changes,and the material and spiritual needs of the rural population have increased.However,on the whole,there is still a big gap between rural and urban areas.Under the background of the dual system,the rural population began to transfer to cities and towns,and a large number of hollow villages continued to emerge,making China’s rural areas increasingly depressed.With the rapid migration of rural population to cities and towns,the teachers and students in rural schools unilaterally transfer to urban schools,the proportion of students in rural schools drops rapidly,teachers are lost,and school buildings are vacant.The consequent result is the hollowing out of rural basic education,which has brought great challenges to the sustainable development of rural education in China.The hollowing out of rural basic education in Changtu County began at the beginning of the20 th century,showing a trend of accelerated development.In recent years,it has become a serious social problem in Changtu County.By studying the current situation of rural basic education in Changtu County,this paper combines empirical investigation with theoretical basis,and on the basis of combing urban and rural education balance theory,education equity theory,education choice theory and urban-rural dual economic structure theory,analyzes the current situation of rural basic education in Changtu County through field research,questionnaire survey and other methods Three aspects of the hollowing of the school buildings in the facilities are discussed in depth in the characterization of the hollowing of the rural basic education in Changtu County,and the negative impact of the hollowing is combed.The study found that the hollowing out of rural basic education has negative effects on the development of Changtu County: the gap between urban and rural basic education is expanding;"Large class" and expansion of urban schools;The countryside of Changtu County has further declined.In view of the above problems,this paper further analyzes the reasons for the hollow of rural basic education in Changtu County,mainly the loss of rural population;The distribution of educational resources in urban and rural areas is uneven;Poor treatment of rural teachers;Rural parents attach importance to education;The "removal of points and combination of schools" has intensified the hollowness of rural basic education.And draw lessons from Japan,South Korea,Taiwan Province,Funan County’s governance experience of rural education,combined with the current situation of rural basic education development in Changtu County,proposed the development of rural economy in Changtu County;Integrate the education funds of Changtu County to help the construction of rural schools;Establishing characteristic schools and developing cooperative school running mechanism;Countermeasures to promote the development of rural teachers in Changtu County. |
