Primary school education is an important task that cannot be ignored in the field of domestic education, among which primary school teachers are the main driving force to ensure the sustainable development of education, and the focus of primary school education is to establish a mature team of teachers. In the macro environment of urbanization, there are some differences between urban and rural teachers. In rural areas, primary school teachers' salaries are not high and their environment is not good, which leads to the loss of rural primary school teachers, unstable teachers, insufficient teachers and unreasonable teacher structure. The main reasons are that the supply and demand of teachers in urban and rural areas have significantly changed due to urbanization, such as low salary and income of rural teachers, low supervision of schools in rural areas, high expectation of family-based concept and personal career development, and incomplete implementation of teacher mobility policy. Therefore,it is necessary to improve the salary level of rural teachers, improve the management of rural schools, strengthen the policy guidance and norms of teacher flow, and attract excellent teachers to teach in rural areas through multiple channels. In recent years, many primary school teachers choose to lose. For example, among the primary school teachers in China, the number of young teachers, who used to be the core group, keeps decreasing. The reduction of the number of primary school teachers affects the stability of the teacher group to a certain extent and limits the development of regional education. Therefore, how to avoid the loss of primary school teachers has become a practical problem that we need to deal with as soon as possible. This paper mainly takes the loss of teachers in rural primary schools in S county as the starting point, and the questionnaire and interview of nine schools as the content,to study the relevant influence, factors and treatment plan of the reduction of teachers in rural schools.Based on the relevant information obtained from the field suryey and-interview,this paper comprehensively studies the realistic factors of the loss of rural primary school teachers from aspects of salary, working environment, family, teachers' low professional sense of achievement, and changes in the supply-demand relationship caused by urbanization,so as to find reasonable solutions and put forward suggestions. This study shows that in the context of urbanization, rural primary school teachers are decreasing. The loss of rural teachers,is more and more serious, especially the high rate of young and excellent teachers.Young and excellent teachers are either lost to the county or urban areas,or go to other better urban development, which also leads to the growing gap between urban and rural teachers. It is hoped that the government can increase investment in rural education, revise scientific and efficient policies to absorb rural teachers; To carry out a feasible policy of regular mobility of teachers in urban and rural areas to improve the quality of teaching in rural areas;Formulating and improving relevant policies to attract teachers to work in rural areas; As a school to improve the management level, the implementation of people-oriented management concept; Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics in rural areas and strengthen the responsibility and mission of teachers. It is hoped that these suggestions can alleviate the current problem of teacher loss and provide meaningful references for the development of rural education in S county.
