Research On The Graduate Exemption System In My Country

As the further expandtion of Higher Education in China,how to improve the quality of postgraduates has become the top priority,and the importance of graduate program for the selection of innovative talents has become increasingly prominent.The historical evolution,current situation research and future development of the free admission system are taken as a context in this paper.The reseach works are around the idea baseline of“historical analysis-current situation research-value exploration-problems exposion-solution and suggestions".The produced value of the free admission system in promoting the system reform of postgraduate enrollment has been affirmed.Moreover,some of problems that is worth thinking about has revealed from the current free admission system for postgraduate.This paper is divided into five chapters as follows.The first chapter is a review of the history of the recommendation system in China's education field and the promotion of enrollment by graduate students.After reviewing and analyzing relevant historical materials,it was found that the history of recommending excellent talents in China is not allowed to enter the school.It can be traced back to the Ph.D.students of the Han Dynasty.In the Republic of China,a group of masters were recruited and trained through the recommendation.The recommended exemption test was first introduced as a method of recruiting students in China.It was first published in the Regulations of the Qing Dynasty Government in 1904.The current graduate promotion system began in 1985.From 1985 to 2018,China's postgraduate students' enrollment expeditions experienced the initial period(1985-1990),the transition period(1991-1993),the development period(1994-2006),and the expansion period(2006).?Today)four periods.The second chapter is the research on the status quo of China's postgraduate promotion system.Through the review and interpretation of the 34-year postgraduate enrollment documents from 1985 to 2018 and the recommendation methods and receiving methods of some institutions,the purpose of the current postgraduate promotion system,the promotion of colleges and universities,and the promotion of postgraduate students are clarified and clarified.Proportion,push-out of special programs,and push-out implementation processes.The third chapter is an empirical investigation of the postgraduate promotion system in China.Through the statistical analysis and interviews of N school's 2007-2017 enrollment data,combined with the history of postgraduate exemption system,the analysis found that the postgraduate system of exemption has the following four aspects:(1)promoted the promotion of institutions Inter-school mobility optimizes the student source structure;(2)selects outstanding and special talents;(3)promotes undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities;(4)makes up for the lack of examination system.The fourth chapter is to reveal the problems of the current graduate student promotion system in China.Through the historical analysis and implementation status of the postgraduate system,and the case study of N colleges and universities,it is found that the current postgraduate system of exemption mainly has the following three problems:(1)The problem of postgraduate exemption system affecting the fairness of higher education:focus The "educational oligarchization" of colleges and universities is becoming more and more serious,the rights of unified candidates are impaired,and the talents of ordinary colleges and universities in western China are lost.(2)The quality of post-study training is not good:the ability to promote research and innovation is not strong,and the phenomenon of slack is prominent(3)There is a divergence between the design and practice of postgraduate promotion system:the promotion of blind students to follow the trend of academic degree has led to the promotion of professional degree promotion,and the increase in the number of students enrolled in the student-oriented war.The fifth chapter is the suggestions and countermeasures for perfecting the current postgraduate promotion system in China.Based on problem-solving and combining the concepts and demands of the times,this study proposes the following reform measures:(1)In light of the issue of fairness in higher education,the Ministry of Education should expand and exempt the basis of appropriately reducing or controlling the rate of research and development of key universities.The number of colleges and universities should properly coordinate the proportion of key colleges and universities and the proportion of unified examinations,promote the flow of students between more universities,and enhance the vitality of higher education.In order to avoid the occurrence of faults in the training of disciplines in colleges and universities in the western regions,the Ministry of Education should do a good job in education compensation,and implement differentiated protection policies for colleges and universities in undergraduate colleges and universities in the backward areas,and follow the example of "directly under the normal university compensation plan" to establish "western Regional Key University Compensation Plan".(2)In order to promote the quality of the students,the recommended units should construct scientific and reasonable selection criteria,strengthen the assessment of students' scientific research and innovation ability,and increase the recommendation.Admissions units should strengthen the education and supervision of the promotion of the senior year of school year,establish a regular assessment system,and make the promotion system a bridge connecting undergraduate and postgraduate education,and give full play to the potential of outstanding talents.(3)The original intention of the design of the promotion system is divergent in practice,and stakeholders should correctly understand and rationalize.Pushing students out should reasonably choose their future development direction,and weak universities should expand their enrollment channels in many ways.
