In recent years,the problem of scattered orphans has attracted more and more people's attention.They have become a group that can't be ignored in society.Their adaptation in terms of learning,interpersonal relationship and community integration has become easy to encounter in their lives.Difficulties.Diaspora orphans face more risk pressures than other groups of children,and these potential risks make it necessary for the scattered orphans to face more adversity.For them in the face of adversity,how to achieve good individual resilience is particularly important.How do environmental factors act on their stress resistance process?This study explores whether external support factors contribute to the rebellion of scattered orphans.The improvement of the force,so as to intervene in a targeted manner.This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data through semi-structured interviews and field observations to understand their needs and problems.And introduce the viewpoint of ecosystem theory,study the external support factors in the living environment of scattered orphans,and explore its mechanism of action.In the analysis process,the external environment of the scattered orphans is divided into micro-system,medium-system,external system,macro system,and the protection factors and risk factors in each system are analyzed.In the service process,through the pre-estimation analysis of the prior data,the design case work will serve the service object.On this basis,the external support factors will be built into the overall service process,and the process analysis will be carried out.The process evaluation and the result evaluation will be adopted for the service effectiveness.The combined method is to evaluate the effect of external support factors on the improvement of the resilience of the service object,sum up experience and reflect on it.Through research,it is found that the protection factors of the service object include the care and parenting of the guardian,the potential peer groups around,the help policies of the civil affairs department,etc.;the risk factors are weak interpersonal relationship,insufficient community integration,and the guardian's wage income is meager.Through the intervention of individual cases,the resilience of the client has been improved to a certain extent,and the personal contact with relatives,peers,schools and communities has deepened and has a positive impact on the client.On the basis of practice,it puts forward suggestions for improving the resilience of scattered orphans.The state,relatives,and social organizations should work together,each with their own responsibilities,complement each other,and play a role together.As the main body of diaspora orphans,the state should play a leading role and support the network of relatives and social organizations.The network of relatives replaces the responsibility of the country to undertake the parenting of scattered orphans,and provides protection for the normal life of scattered orphans.Social organizations represented by social organizations are Give full play to the advantages of third parties and use their professional strength to provide support for scattered orphans.
