A Study On Social Integration Of Scattered Orphans Of Yongchuan Chongqing

Orphans is the most vulnerable groups in the world, while scattered orphans which is the majority of this group not being concerned enough. Although, in recent years,orphan-related social welfare policies of our country are constantly deepening, the measures of scattered orphans are difficult to take into action. Meanwhile, there are not so many researches on scattered orphans as orphans in institution.The study focus on social integration of scattered orphans, selecting the location of orphans in Chongqing Yongchuan. Then, getting information and analyzing the issues through interviewing. For this purpose, I designed the following dimensions: identity,schooling, social support, future and more.About research methods. Using literature research, observation, interviews, case study method to get more information about scattered orphans, like current situation,problems and reasons. Then, trying to find the countermeasures from various aspects to promote social integration.The results of this study show that there are problems in social integration of scattered orphans, and the solution based on the efforts of the whole society. In my opinion, first empowerment of scattered orphans; Then, social workers provide services through linking all the resources, notably, it is useful to adapt group social work to peer group of orphans; Finally, improving social environment, completing social policies,and creating a good atmosphere to help scattered orphans.
