With the rapid development of society and science and technology,competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Teenagers are facing many pressures and challenges.In response to pressure and setbacks,each person's attitude and measures are different.This is the difference in the level of individual resistance.From the 1980 s,the study of resistance began to develop to the present.The research of resistance is more emphasis on the two-way interaction between the individual and the environment,and more people look at the individual's development with the dominant perspective.This study mainly through the investigation of the present situation of the resistance of young people,measuring the resistance level of young people,analyzing the problems of modern middle school students' resistance to stress,and formulating and implementing the corresponding group plan,and giving some appropriate suggestions.Firstly,the resistance is divided into internal protection system and external support system.Urumqi is investigated through questionnaires.The resistance of high school students in a middle school was measured and studied,and the SPSS statistical software was used to analyze and describe the resistance level and various factors.Then the comparative average of different levels was carried out,and 4.5% of the students in the middle school were low in resistance,and 59.7% of the students were in the middle level and 36%.The level of students' resistance to stress is higher than that of the external support system.The students' resistance to stress is higher than that of the girls.The level of resistance of the students in the first grade is higher than that of the senior two,and the resistance of all ethnic groups is equal.The resistance of the students in the top grade is higher than that of the middle grades and the lower grades.Learning,the resilience of the only child is higher than that of the non only child.The parents' parents are more resilient than their parents.Secondly,through the investigation and measurement of the students' resistance to stress in the middle school,I found that some students have weak sense of goal,no perseverance,low self-awareness,lack of self-confidence and lack of socialparticipation.These problems are not conducive to the exertion of high school students' resistance.Some students with low level of stress resistance carry out social work group activities.Through promotion,they build their sense of belonging,strengthen their understanding of self,promote communication with others,improve their sense of effectiveness,establish external support system to improve their ability to cope with setbacks and solve problems,and stimulate the resistance of middle school students.At the end of the article,the author reflects on the process of intervention,hoping to improve the resilience of middle school students and provide them with a more healthy growth and development environment.
