Research On The External Protection Factors Of New Teachers' Resilience In Junior Middle Schools

From the perspective of superiority,this article uses the theory of resilience to explore the pressures and challenges encountered by new teachers in the work environment.When new teachers encounter problems,how does the relationship between colleagues as an external support system help new teachers resolve the crisis?
