From the perspective of superiority,this article uses the theory of resilience to explore the pressures and challenges encountered by new teachers in the work environment.When new teachers encounter problems,how does the relationship between colleagues as an external support system help new teachers resolve the crisis? Overcoming difficulties.How the support of colleagues affects new teachers;how new teachers will affect colleagues when dealing with colleagues;and how interacting the new teacher-colleague relationship is with external support systems.Through the qualitative study of several new junior middle school teachers with teaching ages of less than three years,the stress of new teachers is mainly on the gap between teaching problems,class teacher management,student behavior and consciousness issues,parental issues,teaching ideals and teaching practice.In these areas,the relationship between colleagues as a strong external protection factor,good relations between colleagues can greatly ease the pressure and challenges faced by new teachers.Colleagues bring support and assistance to new teachers in teaching and teaching emotions: they have a consistent educational purpose,share educational resources,learn from each other's teaching management experience,solve education problems together,and encourage mutual progress;research finds that colleagues' relationships are important,but The internal power of the new teachers can not be ignored.The internal power of the new teachers is mainly concentrated in the three aspects of cognition,action and emotion.When new teachers inspire personal internal forces,they will actively seek out external protection resources.The new teachers' initiative to establish good relations with colleagues will inspire new teachers' internal motivation.The relationship between new teachers and colleagues is a two-way cyclical interaction model.The relationship between colleagues as an external support system gives new teachers confidence and courage.They are willing to face the pressures and challenges in their work and let new teachers find a sense of belonging and get new ideas in the future.The Vietnam War on the road to work.In the communication with the new teachers,the colleagues noticed that the new teachers were different from their own teaching thinking and methods,adopted and studied,which enabled the new teachers to affirm their own values,to make themselves more hardworking and motivated.Research Inspiration We must pay attention to the pressures and challenges faced by new teachers,build a win-win co-worker relationship,increase the resilience of new teachers,and promote the healthy growth of new teachers.
