Casework Intervening In The Dilemma Of Factually Unsupported Children ——An Example Of Scattered Child Support In Etuoke Banner,Inner Mongolia

Since the protection of factor unsupported children has been strengthened in various regions of the country,more and more factor unsupported children have been included in the scope of policy protection,and they have become known as a difficult group.The fact that unsupported children are a special group of difficulties,their main characteristics include two aspects.First,most children do not have the ability to live independently and cannot obtain necessary material and social resources by themselves.The community and raising relatives provide them with basic living sources and care services;second,children lack parental protection,and kinship care cannot replace complete family care.These two main reasons contribute to the multiple plight of factor unsupported children.Taking advantage of the opportunity of internship in the Civil Affairs Office of Etuoke Banner,the author uses a combination of interview method and observation method to carry out investigation and research on the plight of unsupported children,explore the use of casework to intervene,and make a final analysis of the results of the intervention.assessment and reflection.According to the theory of "people in the situation",social work should not only pay attention to the children themselves when analyzing the plight of unsupported children,but also examine the impact of the environment on individuals from the perspectives of the children’s caregivers and family situations.The author visited the families,communities and civil affairs departments with factor unsupported children,and learned the basic situation with the caregivers and relevant staff according to the content of the interview outline.It is concluded that the fact of scattered support is that the plight of unsupported children is mainly due to the following points: difficult living environment,less right to choose independently,and unequal treatment.In order to explore how casework can help factor unsupported children improve their predicament,this paper selects three factor unsupported children as clients,and on the premise of in-depth understanding of the client’s basic situation,jointly formulates a target plan with the client,and integrates various Resources serve clients.Finally,it is concluded to reflect on the plight of unsupported children in casework intervention facts and put forward personal suggestions,hoping to have reference significance for other casework intervention facts about the plight of unsupported children.
