Along with the gradual formation of the information campus, the network has been scattered to every corner of colleges and universities which becomes an essentially important part of study and life of contemporary college students. As a significant place for college students to understand the world, express ideas and thoughts, exchange their insight and sentiment, College Virtual Community has become the new-front of ideological and political work.On the other side, the Internet is widely open and because of timeliness and blindness of information dissemination, College Virtual Community has also brought much negative impact on the students though providing them some benefits and comforts which provokes an increasing worry about the behaviors of college students such as dishonesty, invective, network hackers, anonymous revenge, etc. it is to say that misconduct of College Virtual Community has become a common phenomenon. It has resulted in a series of effects which require the urgent solutions of ideological and political education workers.In this paper, the phenomenon of the misconduct in Virtual Community approaches to "individual", "group" and the "characteristics of the network itself" in order to conduct a more comprehensive summary and look into the reasons in essence from these three-pronged aspects. It brings an innovative introduction to the theory of"imbalance of People-Relationship and Man -Machine relationship"which considers the imbalance fundamental cause of the misconduct. In the study of building regulation system, this paper is based on the subjective adjustment system and objective control system which seeks to form an environment full of the education force of the whole society.
