| As an important place to teach and educate people,management factors play a very important role in the school’s educational activities.Students have always been regarded as managed objects rather than being served on campus.Campus management is more developed from various utilitarian values,rather than meeting the individualized development needs of students.This is a school management model that does not conform to the trend of human development.Therefore,the thesis will take the practical exploration of humanities management in middle school as the research content,and integrate the factors of humanistic care in school management.Western countries have rich experience in integrating humanistic care into school management,and China has gradually realized the important role of human factors in campus management.However,there are still many ways to promote human factors into campus management and further improve the humanities level of campus management defect.In this paper,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field research method and other methods are used to investigate the group characteristics,humanities management status,problems and their causes by means of questionnaires.The reasons for existence,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,focus on the importance of integrating humanistic care factors into campus management to promote the individualized development of students.As a national model middle school,Shengli No.1 Middle School of Dongying has achieved great success in infrastructure and faculty construction,and its school enrollment rate and grades are relatively excellent.However,there are some problems in the management process of Shengli No.1 Middle School,including excessive pursuit of rationality,strong rigidity,neglect of the initiative of students to participate in management,and lack of democratic factors in the evaluation mechanism of management work.In response to these problems,the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement: First,the school management culture and humanities culture arecombined.Create a humanistic environment that guides teachers and students to understand the meaning of life.Students can participate in creative practice activities to express their own values.Secondly,to enhance the human factors in school rules and regulations,schools should reduce rigid regulations and improve development regulations.On the basis of changing the school administrative organization;once again,strengthen the structure of the school management team.Let more students participate in the personalized management team,and provide the school management personnel with the corresponding management ability and humane care training;Finally,optimize the evaluation mechanism of the school humanities management.Enhance the interaction between students and managers and attach importance to external evaluation and student evaluation. |
