"Humanistic care" is the important thought of strengthening and improving the management of students’ education,which is clearly put forward by the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the era of scientific management is calling for the return of "humanistic care".At present,the boy class management in secondary vocational school has been in a dilemma,and the traditional class management concepts and methods obviously do not meet the needs of the current development of secondary vocational education.The research on the boy class management of secondary vocational school from the perspective of humanistic care is not only a way out for their class management,but also the direction of exploration to meet the requirements of the times.To explore in depth,main problems of boy class management in secondary vocational school is a serious lack of humanistic care or embarrassing dislocation,so the introduction of humanistic care is particularly necessary in its management,the implementation of humanistic care is more urgent.As the first-line manager of boy class in secondary vocational school,the author through humanistic theory,put forward the connotation of class management from the perspective of humanistic care,that is people-oriented,fully respect the individual differences of students,take the initiative to care for their growing demand,mainly through personally participate in class management,the decision-making,implementation,evaluation,and the organization and development of all kinds of activities,so the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in the practice experience to get excited,and then promote the cultivation of humanistic spirit and its free and comprehensive development.Then,starting from the cultural status and particularity in the boy class management of secondary vocational school,to analyze the existing problems and the reasons of the boy class management under the vision of humanistic care,combined with own work practice,mainly from the two levels of school and teacher,put forward the corresponding strategy:School should start from the concept,system and environment,promote full participation in education;Teacher in charge should grasp the initiative and implement the specific strategy:first,make class objectives and rules that contain human factors,arrange learning environment that contain human factors;secondly,train a class cadre troop with caring consciousness and fighting capacity,support the informal organization with self-management ability;thirdly,accomplish the home visits,set up WeChat group,form the humanistic care alliance;Finally,create a large number of activities to promote the cultivation of boys’humanistic spirit.In view of the current prominent problems,put forward some innovative strategies.It is hoped that this research will be of some reference value and positive significance to the improvement of the effectiveness of boy class management and the growth and development of boys in secondary vocational school.
