New era entrusts education new historical mission, the development of education is related to the quality of a country’s citizens, but also about social stability and harmony in the increasingly rapid development of today, highlighting the diversity of people’s various demands, the respect and admiration of human nature also more people are concerned about. Education as the cradle of cultivating talent, always focus on teaching students to carry out various activities and practical activities, concerns the development of humanity and how to better training personnel in vocational education. This problem is also affected by widespread concern which management factors in school education which plays an important role. In this regard, this article focus on the exploring of class management for vocational humanistic. In fact, both in school management and classroom management, the integration of humanistic factors is important, and many Western countries have placed humane care in school administration in an important position. Although China has realized the importance of integration of humanities and management of human factors, we still need to study how to effectively manage human factors into the school.In this paper, we use of a questionnaire survey, literature, lessons learned process, comprehensive research method for objective, scientific, systematic research, its significance lies in a comprehensive, systematic study of vocational class management humanistic care to provide some basis for reference, inquiry Hunan to strengthen and improve the management of vocational classes humane care measures and suggestions.This article will deal with vocational classes in human care research to vocational students’ personal development and growth as a starting point, focusing on classroom management in the integration of humanistic significance and necessity. First, the article elaborates vocational class management humanistic theories. Secondly, for the sake of the status of grade school class management humanistic care in our country, we prepared a questionnaire, respectively, from the school, the teacher, the students produced a questionnaire personal perspective. With the analysis of questionnaires, we provide the information about the current class management in vocational schools in Hunan Province in humane care status. Thirdly, we analyze the reason for the current situation and existing problem in dialysis. Finally, we suggest solutions for vocational humanistic care class management problems and hope this study make constructive reference and meaning for why the integration of vocational classes in how to integrate human factors and human factors.
