Teachers and students, the main body of education teaching activities, link to the“teaching” and “learning”, while lack of any one is not education. So teacher-student relationship should be educational. Teacher-student relationship is of vital significance to improve the teaching quality and education efficiency throughout the whole process of education teaching activities. To some extent, teacher-student relationship is a kind of live education teaching resource which has strong education power. The welldevelopment of teacher-student relationship can directly facilitate the education teaching smoothly and promote the all-round development of human beings. In reality,however, teacher-student relationship is affected by negative factors inside and outside of colleges, which shows the phenomenon of alienation. Alienation of the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students to the relationship between "people and materials", dominance of materials and the tool rationality between teacher and student relationship, and marginalization of the human spirit, meaning and value, and the utilitarian tendency lead to the psychological distance, lack of communication and apathy even conflicts between teachers and students. Because of the ignorance of people’s spiritual world, meaning world and value world, this paper aims to exploring an educational teacher-student relationship which affirms the value, attaches importance to the emotion word, respects the subjectivity of human beings, and concerns people’s all needs from humanist perspective, trying to seizing the tendency of teacher-student relationship in colleges. Also it aims to let teacher-student relationship return to natural humanity care, eliminate the tendency of alienation in reality teacher-student relationship, make teacher-student relationship present the characteristics of "care" as the kernel of ideas in spirit communication and emotion merge, and lead the tendency of teacher-student relationship to improve the value of life. Therefore, the recognition and deep exploration of the teacher-student relationship from the perspective of humanistic care in new period will renew the vigor, show education force, have realistic significance to achieve college education purpose and have the value of times in recognition and development of people.This research mainly includes five parts. The first part, introduction, mainly explores the study background of the teacher-student relationship in colleges. Related researches at home and abroad were reviewed and a necessary and comprehensive analysis was provided. Based on this, the necessity and feasibility of this research were explained. Besides, the purpose, significance, research method of the study were presented. Focusing on the interpretation of humanistic care, the second part mainly clarified the historical development of humanistic care. Then explored three theories concerning this issue: The value orientation of humanistic concern dimension of Marxist philosophy; Rogers’ s theory of humanism; Nel Noddings’ s theory of caringeducation. Based on this, this part expounds that the humanistic care basic form is the unity of the material life care and spiritual care, also a unity of under the care and metaphysical care. This part, with emphasis on the theory of the humanities issues, tries to explore the theoretical supposition which promotes the diversion of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities to essence of humanities care. From the humanities connotation analysis of teacher-student relationship, the third part illustrates the basic features of humanistic concern teacher-student relationship which are peopleoriented and caring life value; democratic equal with premise of admitting the differences existing between teachers and students; emotional unity. Its education significance are as follows: helping to education development and the return of human nature; contributing to improve the teachers’ personality charm; promoting all-around development of students’ personalities; enhancing the efficiency of moral education.The fourth part examines the current status of teacher-student relationship and analyzes the present realistic problem of the teacher-student relationship alienation in colleges and universities, showing the reality of the situation that the teacher-student relationship deviating from the humanities concern: Binary opposition nature; utilitarian orientation;lack of communication and indifference of emotion; intensification contradiction and conflict. The teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities without humanistic care can be ascribed to various causes: Negative effect of market economy development and the impact of the social value of diversity; scientism dominated college education without concerning human and the unreasonable evaluation system;the separation of the teachers "teaching" and " cultivating" and “Certain scribe" lacking of emotion and the dilution conscious of respect for teachers. It is due to the unsound,uncompleted and unreasonable development of different factors inside and outside college that affect the teacher-student relationship to some degree. Further more they give rise to a series of realistic problems and lead to the lack of humanism care in the development of teacher-student relationship. In the fifth part, the construction of natural path concept of humanities care return should be various and comprehensive consideration. Especially the government should bring the cultivation of people like"learning to care" into the education target system. In the construction of the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, those people like "learn to care" should be included and be cultivated both the heart of the care and concern into the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The government also should acknowledge and respect the relative independence of education, advocate educators to practice education and respect the law of education and reduce unnecessary intervention. For colleges and universities, they should return their "education" mission,guide the orientation of teacher-student relationship value, complete "teaching"appraisal and incentive mechanism and encourage teachers to return to the labor ofteaching and focus on students and care about students but not their own survival. To establish, complete and protect the system of students’ legal rights and interests, the teachers should reconstruct authority, promote personality charm, respect and care about students and set an caring example. At the same time, students should understand and respect the teachers, carry forward this spirit, reject instrumentalism and give priority to learning.
