In 2015,the national development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of foreign affairs,the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "push to build Silk Road Economic Belt and twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road vision and action",in the planning,Xinjiang has become the "Silk Road Economic Belt" core area,become an important window opening to the West exchange.Xinjiang has 13 ethnic groups,ethnic Uighur majority,in 2010 the sixth national census data,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region minority population of 13067186 people,the total area population of 59.9%,has exceeded more than half of the total population,so the cultivation of minorities is facing great opportunities and challenges.The outline of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region’s medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)points out that education is the cornerstone of stabilizing the territory and promoting the frontier and enriching the people.It plays a basic,leading and overall role in the modernization of the autonomous region.The strong area must first strengthen teaching,long term stability,education should be advanced.Based on the multi-ethnic characteristics of Xinjiang and the long-term situation of Xinjiang’s stability as the top priority,it is particularly important to expand enrollment of ethnic minorities and improve the cultural level of ethnic minorities."The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)",clearly put forward the strategic focus to promote education equity,rational allocation of educational resources,tilt to the remote and poor areas,agricultural and pastoral areas,ethnic minority areas,and vigorously support the development of education in agricultural and pastoral areas in equilateral far poor areas,narrowing the development gap of education.We should co-ordinate the high quality education resources inside and outside the region and accelerate the training of ethnic minority talents.As for the country’s policy on Xinjiang minority,it is of practical significance to improve the learning enthusiasm of the minority college students,to tap the students’ potential and to master a certain skill.Learning motivation mechanism of college students is beneficial to promote students’ active learning,learning incentive mechanism not only has a positive role in promoting students’ learning,at the same time,it also plays an important role in the construction of excellent campus’ culture,and improving school spirit and style of study.For the minority college students in Xinjiang universities,the incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism should be different to ordinary students,which is composed of ethnic characteristics and geographical characteristics of Xinjiang minority.It must be unified system and method,combined with own needs of the minority college students,combined with the development needs of minority in Xinjiang College students.Through the study of the motivation mechanism of Xinjiang minority college students,we can maximize the potential of minority college students,mobilize their enthusiasm for learning and improve the overall level of student management in Xinjiang.At the same time,the paper helps educators to research the real causes of minority college students’ low learning enthusiasm,from inside and outside two aspects to find the crux of the problem,through the transformation methods,establish and perfect management system to further mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,to further mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,improve overall quality of the great nation.Based on Incentive Theory,this dissertation deeply studies the theory of Incentive Mechanism at home and abroad.From the point of view of education and other fields,based on the analysis of some existing results,combined with their own work and the actual situation of minority college students,conducted a sample survey of minority college students of several universities in Xinjiang,the work of students and educational workers visited,the solution objective analysis of the current situation of minority college students learning and existence the problem.And in view of these problems,this paper studies and optimizes the learning incentive mechanism of Xinjiang College Minority College Students from many aspects.The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the study of Xinjiang minority college students’ learning motivation mechanism,summarizes the research status of the incentive mechanism at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovation points of the paper.The second part introduces the basic concepts and the theoretical basis of this study.The third part investigates the learning situation of minority college students in Xinjiang by questionnaire.The fourth part mainly expounds the current situation and existing problems of the learning incentive mechanism of Xinjiang minority college students.The fifth part mainly expounds the countermeasures to optimize the learning incentive mechanism of minority college students.
