With the attention of the state to higher education,private colleges and universities in China have grown from scratch and scale.In the development of higher education,private colleges and universities have become the key link of the most overall education.The management of private colleges and universities is the basis of various affairs.The level of management directly affects the development of teaching,scientific research and service work of private colleges and universities.However,the compensation incentive of the management of private colleges is not perfect,which leads to the low efficiency of the management work of the private colleges and universities,The problem of low enthusiasm of work will directly affect the teaching level and quality of the school.This paper reviews the research results of the incentive mechanism of the managers at home and abroad systematically,and combines Maslow demand theory,fair theory and achievement incentive theory,etc.,which lays the foundation for the research of the salary incentive of the TH private university management.Based on the actual situation of the TH private university managers,starting from the theory of demand level,through questionnaire and interview data as the support,the paper analyzes the salary incentive status of the managers of the TH private university,and understands the problems of the management personnel in the post,performance appraisal,allowance and welfare treatment,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Finally,on the basis of the existing salary incentive system,we optimize a set of compensation incentive system for the managers of TH private colleges and universities,and establish corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme.Based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper finds out the problems and factors that affect the salary incentive of the management of th private colleges and universities.According to the incentive theory and the principle of salary incentive,a salary incentive system suitable for the management of th private colleges and universities is established on the basis of the existing salary incentive system in Colleges and universities,which includes optimizing post salary,performance salary,allowance and welfare,It has important guiding significance for the reform of th private colleges’ salary incentive management,and provides reference value for the optimization of the same type of private colleges’ salary incentive management. |
