| Minority students are a large group in the universities of ethnic minority areas in China.Under the influence of minority students’ differences in culture,life and learning basis,there are still many deficiencies in the management of minority students in our universities and colleges,which affect the effect of the management of the minority students.It is of great practical significance to study the management of the minority students in ethnic minority areas by strengthening the management of students,promoting the healthy growth and success of the minority students.At the same time,this study can further enrich the academic content of academic research in the management of minority students in Colleges and universities,and is of great significance to the enrichment of the research system of the management theory of minority students.This thesis,on the basis of introducing the management status of minority students in Xinjiang University,takes Tianshan Vocational and Technical College in Xinjiang as an example,discusses the problems existing in the management of minority students and analyzes the causes of these problems,and then puts forward some pertinent countermeasures to promote the improvement of the management ability of the college minority students.Taking the management of minority students in Tianshan Vocational and Technical College in Xinjiang as an example,this thesis uses literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to discuss the problems existing in the management of minority students in ethnic minority areas,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.Through the study,it is known that the proportion of minority students in various colleges and universities in Xinjiang is large,and the proportion of Uygur students is the highest among the minority students.At present,the management of minority students in Xinjiang colleges and universities is mainly based on the relevant laws and regulations of the state,and the management contents mainly involve aspects of culture,life and study.Through the investigation of the minority students in Tianshan Vocational and Technical College in Xinjiang,it is found that the minority students are not satisfied with the specific content and overall satisfaction of the school.The average satisfaction of the minority students to the school management is 3.13,and the whole body is in the low level and the general satisfaction.Moreover,among all the evaluation indicators,the students’ satisfaction with the "special management content of the teachers and the counselors in the management of the minority students and the implementation of the people-centered concept of practice" is low.In addition,from the management of minority students in Tianshan Vocational and Technical College in Xinjiang,the main problems in the management of minority students in ethnic minority areas include the lack of help and management policy of minority students,the urgent need to improve the management ability of minority teachers and counselors;minority ethnology.In the management of minority students,there is a low attention to the cultural values of the minority students;the form and content of the ideological and political education are relatively simple,and the effect is general.In view of these problems,the thesis puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:first,to increase the investment in basic education and improve the management ability of help,two is to improve the professional literacy of minority teachers and counselors,and the three is to build a humanistic management system that pays attention to the overall development of the students,and the four is to respect the differences of ethnic cultural values of the minority students.Five,we should improve the mechanism of ideological and political education,reform the methods of Ideological and political education,and constantly enrich the forms and contents of ideological and political education. |
