The Study Of Incentive Mechanism For High-level Track And Field Athletes In Colleges And Universities Of Gansu

At present,fierce competition of high level athletes between the colleges increases gradually.Northwest universities located in areal disadvantages with limited resources,such as Lanzhou University, Northwest Normal University,Lanzhou Jiaotong University,Northwest University for Nationnalities,how to strengthen internal management, and establish a scientific,talent cultivation and the use of incentive mechanism,to fully arouse the enthusiasm of high-level of track and field athletes,delevop their sports competition,improve the influence of the school full of energy and power,has become the urgent problems which colleges further deepen the reform of high level sports management.I think that I would inspire theory and combine high-level management practices of track and field sports teams for universities which have very important practical significance .Based on the analysis of the western incentive theory,the essay has made a syetematic analysis of Gansu Province,and put forward the ways to research and solve.So for the past quite a long period,the college athletes have depended mainly on awarded honor and spiritual stimulation, thus to ignore the incentive policy incentives and material incentive of athletes,such as low training subsidy and entry prize.Since university high-level sports formed,universities have realized the necessity of incentive, also made some achievements.The incentive mechanism has made the obvious effect of mobilizing the enthusiasm of athletes.But high-level athletes incentive mechanism shows obvious problems existing in the motivation of limited funds,imperfect incentive system,unfair evaluation methods,inadequate understanding,sluggish oporation and high efficiency, etc.This study uses theory, questionnaire and interview methods,has taken effect analysis of four universities of Gansu Province approved by the Ministry of Education, which are Lanzhou University, Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University and Northwest University for Nationnalities;And applies the behavioral sciences in the motivation theory, by some research, theory with practice, on how to establish incentives for colleges'track and field athletes, propose the establishment of incentive mechanisms:①,Change their ideas and improve the importance of awareness of incentive management for high-level college athletes;②,Increase training subsidies, competition bonuses capital investment, in order to meet the needs of athletes to take the corresponding strategies and incentives,colleges should establish an incentive mechanism, so that the mobilization of track and field athletes training and learning initiative can develop healthily.③,In-depth understanding of the needs of athletes structures, focusing on material incentives and the spirit of combination. On the one hand, using a variety of physical forms of incentives to increase the intensity of the excellent athletes, on the other hand, bold innovation in the original spirit of the incentives based on the spirit of award forms, such as the reputation of incentives, moral incentives, so as to meet their high-level spiritual needs.④,Establish mechanisms to increase policy incentives, according to the actual situation of the various colleges and universities, research and development must be compatible with a variety of incentives and measures, which are scientific ,reasonable, fair, open.⑤,Pay attention to the mutual combination, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of athletes training between long and short term respectively.⑥,For the choice of incentives for college track and field athletes,we should highlight the collective incentives, a combination of collective and individual incentives, and further to take a variety of contents to enrich the diversity incentives.
