At the same time, I also hope that through the DL xinjiang institute of caseanalysis, can find out the university in the teachers’ motivation on existing common askedThis paper adopts the xinjiang DL faculty present situation and the existing incentive measures effectanalysis, and on this basis the incentive theory applies behavioral science, in colleges and universities athome and abroad for reference the successful experience of incentive measures, using qualitative andquantitative analysis of the combination of research methods, based on the actual DL xinjiang institute ofthe incentive scheme design.Through the xinjiang DL college teachers incentive scheme design, made up for in recent yearsimproved teacher incentive mechanism still deficiency. For example, teachers’ employment system is notperfect, the teachers’ job performance evaluation method is not scientific, the design of the compensationsystem, lack of flexibility, to teacher’s need to know enough, etc. Therefore, designed a set of suitable forxinjiang DL college sustainable development needs, the maneuverability is strong teacher incentiveschemes: building incentive of employment management model, the establishment of scientific andreasonable performance appraisal system, constructing flexible salary system; A flexible training mode,young teachers’ participation motivation, implement academic team incentive, and at the same time,discusses the design of the implementation of the operation mechanism.
