The education stage of junior high school is the basic stage of education,and it is also an important stage,which is crucial for the overall improvement of students' learning ability and quality ability.Junior high school students at this stage of development in the process of cultivating,independent consciousness and the ability of self management is constantly improve,if can correctly guide,for students' all-around development has a great role in promoting.With the advancement of quality education,junior middle school class management of autonomous management gradually be taken seriously,the class management rights transfer to the students,paying attention to the education of the students for this idea,let the students in the process of participation,promote team consciousness and the collective consciousness,and able to take into account the daily study and life management,thus realizing all-round development.Can be implemented but is not middle class autonomous management,needs to be positive on the teachers' guidance,form the overall framework and ideas of class management,thus raising the students' ability of autonomous guidance,direction and allow a certain development space for students to participate in class management,stimulate students' creative thinking ability,promoting the development of junior high school stage of education innovation.Therefore,the innovation of this paper is based on the cultivation goal of students' creativity,team ability and responsibility consciousness,and the research on the innovation strategy of self-management in junior high school students.The research of this paper is divided into five parts,taking the method of questionnaire survey and Interview method,and taking Dalian A middle school as an example.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research purpose,significance,research method and domestic and foreign research status of this paper.Lay the foundation of this research.The second part is an overview of junior middle school students' independent management,explains the concept of class autonomy,and divides the content.At the same time,the relevant theoretical contents are analyzed deeply to provide theoretical guidance for the research of this paper.The third part is the middle class autonomous management,analysis of the causes of the problems and to Dalian,A high school class autonomous management status asinvestigation object,through questionnaire records,analysis the problem in this paper,and further analysis the cause of the problem.The fourth part is the countermeasures for the class autonomy management of junior high school students.This part is the focus of this paper.Combining with the present problems of junior middle school class management,this paper proposes a class independent management practice countermeasure that conforms to student characteristics and education development law.Chapter five is the conclusion.The research content of this paper is summarized and the realistic thinking is put forward.
